My wife dropped off 7 of my button down collared shirts, we only got back 6 because one was completely destroyed (arm ripped off mid-sleeve). The store owner still made us technically pay for the dry cleaning including the destroyed shirt. Here's how it went... Original cost of shirt $40 (low end of the range for brand) Bill $17.50 ($2.50 x7) $17.50 deducted from $40 = $22.50 offered store credit. When I got home from work and was informed of the botched service and looked at the bill which indicated that the destroyed shirt had NOT been removed, I decided that I did not wish to return to this location for cleaning services. I did however go in to dispute the bill and request that reimbursement be paid in a form other than store credit. After 25 minutes of back and forth with the owner who claimed to have made no such agreement with my wife for $40; ESSENTIALLY CALLING HER A LIAR, gave me $20 cash to pay for a new shirt. So $40 minus $20 actually means that I paid double to have them destroy my property. I will not ever use this cleaner again and would advise anyone to go elsewhere.

The owner, RJ, should not work the counter. He consistently has a bad attitude and is rude. His other employees are much better. But I will not go back because of the owner. One example: His location lost my clothes before. I asked for a receipt at drop off and RJ gave me attitude for not just dropping off and leaving.

took 1 piece to get cleaned and they were not able to deliver it on the promise time due to some sort of machine/truck issues. I understand things happen but these people were very unprofessional. For one, upon pick up I was told they tried to call some people to let them know the situation but I did not receive a phone call because they did not verify my number at drop off. Second, the lady told me it should be delivered by the next day however, the next day i call ahead to check and the man tells me no it hasn't been delivered yet and that I should probably come back the following day. Days go by and still no phone call. At pick up the man at the front was very unpleasant and did not offer any apology. To make matters WORSE my piece still had lint and hair all over it! To anyone reading this, unless your fine with half cleaned items and poor customer service do not go here.
