How are the reviews so high? My washer didn't work right. Filthy floor and dirty bathroom. In the time it took me to wash and dry one load, I saw 5 vagrants in there, not one of them doing laundry. If it has WiFi, it doesn't work. It blares terrible music without an option to turn it down or off. Felt unsafe and dirty. Lot of broken washers.

Decent and clean and got my money back in the mail when a dryer didn't work

Small, clean, staff is responsive to service calls, I had a few incidents and they rushed down quickly and resolved them. No fifth star because the location.. Lots of non-customers loitering.
