The management here deserves 5 stars. I had a bad experience with an employee and the manager went above and beyond to resolve my problem and make up for the inconvenience. I give the place 4 out of 5 stars simply because the bathrooms aren't the best, because you can't leave your laundry running and come back for it when it's done, and because I have been to other laundromats that offer free dryers whereas this place does not. These few details make this place less than perfect, but I would still recommend it to people. I also was able to try the drop-off service they offer where they do your laundry for you. My clothes were beautiful afterwards. If you can afford it, that's a nice service.

My washer broke down and I came to this business because of the close distance and positive reviews. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I mistakenly put money in a washer instead of a dryer and they refunded my $3 after I showed them which machine. When I finished up, one of the workers kindly asked me if I was able to get everything done and I did. The facility was clean, the machines worked well. Hopefully I won't HAVE to go back, but if I am in need of a laundromat again, this is where I'll go.

I have never used a laundromat before and in the process of moving to the area. I needed some direction on what machines were best for me and the attendant was SUPER FRIENDLY and very helpful. The place is very clean and there are ample change machines. I am super pleased with my very first laundromat experience and will return to the Village Tub again as well as reccommend to others in need.

A pleasure washing our bed comforters here. A very clean facility throughout. Nancy was the attendant here and was friendly and answered our questions in a welcoming manner. First class laundry with clean floors, folding tables, and restrooms!

I took in my bedding when my son had an accident and they got everything cleaned for me super fast, they called to let me know when it was ready and even carried everything out to my car for me. Great customer service, everyone I met was super friendly.

Extremely rude staff, threatened to call police cause we had nowhere to sit and had to sit on the floor, while other kids were running around causing a disturbance. Will not be coming back.

Dryer number six does the best job. Make sure you clear out the lint traps because the worker did not do it and it will waste your money if you are drying with a full lint trap. I love it is a very quiet place. During the work week mornings at least. I’m not giving it five stars because the Men’s bathroom was a mess. The worker was busy on her cell phone. Overall though I was there to do laundry and my experience was OK

What a find! Searched online for a laundry service and found this place right away. They do your laundry AND deliver! The staff is very friendly and really take the time to ask questions about your specific needs. Will use again for sure!

They are currently jack hammering their cement floor. While upgrading the floor is probably a good idea doing it with customers there is definitely not. The noise is so loud your ears hurt. If they wanted to do uogrades, making sure all the washers and dryers worked would be a better idea. Going someplace else.
