It's an ok laundry facility. The machines are old and yet the prices are as high as anywhere else. But, they do have plenty of dryers here, which a lot of places seem to be skimping on, so that's why I prefer to come here, plus it's not usually packed during the weekdays.

They ruined my $80 brooks brothers dress shirt I wore one time. They left some type of glue in a circular spot above the pocket of the shirt about the size of a penny. They made no effort to get me a new one or figure out what happened during their dry cleaning process. Never going here again. Poor service with every interaction. Lost my best shirt.

Convient n reasonably priced. Employees are very nice and willing to help with your needs. There is TV to help pass ya time also wifi vending machines reasonably priced. Theres a Marathon across the street and Bootleggers is close by. I do my laundry then treat myself to a few cold Bud Lights awesome bacon cheese fries and great company. Then home bound.

Betty is the BEST!!! She always takes such good care of us and watches our stuff if we need to leave. She is super friendly and her laugh is contagious :). The machines are clean and effective in cleaning and drying my clothes. Bathroom is always clean and they offer dry cleaning services cheap. Love this place!!

used to be good but the customer service is terrible. the lady that's in there acts like you are bothering her. dropped off my laundry and they took it upon themselves to take 5 shirts out and dry clean them even though i wanted them just washed. when i got home with my clothes i had to call about the missing clothes. first they said they couldn't find them,then hung up on me. had to make a special trip back the next day and it cost me an extra $19! never again.

Nice place to go for cleaning your own laundry. They have free wifi. $2.50 to run Washer. .25¢ for seven minutes to run dryer. I recommend $1.25 to get your things dry

I use this laundromat frequently and have never had a problem.This time however, when I walked through the door the first thing out of the employee's mouth was, "Boy, you got here just in time," and looking at me like I'd commited some offence.This was 20 minutes before the doors would be locked. (They didnt close till 90 minutes after that) When I was folding, she kept making remarks about management complaining about employees not getting out on time, and how if there were still customers folding clothes tell them to bag them up and finish them at home. I was trying to hurry because I know how bad I wanted to leave when I finished an 8 hr shift. but it was clear I wouldn't be done by closing. I made the comment that I had about 6 more pair of pants to put on hangers and then I'd be out of her hair. Her reply to me was "Can't you hang them at home?" I said "I'll finish them in the parking lot." I threw everything together and went to the car. She barely let me stand up from the car before she was shoving my other basket in my hands, telling me to have a good night and walking away to leave me to finish putting my clothes on hangers at 11 p.m. in an empty parking lot. She drove off as I was standing there. I hope the appropriate person(s) see this. She will lose you a lot of customers. You've already lost one. I won't ever go back there.

I took in a silk dress with water stains and got it back in nearly identical condition. I pointed out the stains and wrinkles and was told I had to pay full price anyway. Horrible.

I can’t believe this place has a 4 star rating! My families stay in Fort Wayne got extended for an extra week so we stopped in to do our laundry. This place and all the machines are extremely outdated. $10 for 2 small loads of laundry and even using tide and snuggle the clothes were still dirty and smelled. The washers are so old they don’t even clean the clothes properly. I ended up taking them to another laundry mat to clean them.
