Pleasantly surprised with this place. The employee was quick to assist me in getting the machines started. Had to do 4 loads and was in and out in under 2 hours. Place was small but well kept with plenty of machines of all sizes. TV was on but not loud. Floors were kept clean. Tops of machines and folding tables too. Would highly recommend this place.

This establishment is a joke and I would suggest going elsewhere. I am extremely disappointed in the service my boyfriend and I received and we will not be returning. The employee working was rude and ripped us off. We were owed money since they didn’t have change at the time. When we asked the employee for the money she owed us after washing our clothes, she said she “didn’t have it” and proceeded to argue about it after the fact. The place was busy and you couldn’t produce a couple dollars in change to a customer you owed money to? What a joke.

I really loved going here until a very rude employee yelled at me across the store two different days (same employee) about a concern she had that she could've approached me about privately. When I asked for her name to talk to the other staff, she refused to give it or let me put a comment in the box, and consistently gave me attitude. I also wasnt able to get a refund off my card so now I have over $10 of my money that I cant get back. I will not be coming back and will gladly tell others to stay away. Bummer, it was a nice facility.

Over half of the machines are out of order every time I go. One out of the 6 big machines were working today. The ones that do work have clothes just sitting in it. No one watches their machines to take their stuff out when done. This place was nice and taken care of when they first opened, has gone down hill.

Such a wonderful place!!! They are clean and professional and take their business seriously!! The customer service is AWESOME! Cindy, the manager, always sees to it that her customers are pleased. She is one that I have seen that goes above and beyond!! Best laundromat I've ever been to!!!

All the machines are breaking down and it doesn't seem like it's going to get better. Plus after 40 minutes at least, my clothes were not completely dry. I'm going to South Haven Laundromat from now on.

Very clean and bright! The staff is constantly cleaning so it's never grungy. Prices are fair and the staff is *always* helpful when anyone looks a little lost. You can pay for the machines either with a laundry car that you can buy from them or use cash on the machines. I bought the card for $3 and whenever you load it with $20 you get $2 free so it pays for itself.

This is a relatively small laundromat but it's exceptionally clean. It can get very busy and because of limited washer/dryers may take a while to finish laundry. The staff was excellent in helping us find open washers and notifying us when our clothes were finished. There is also drop-Abraham service available. It isn't coin operated, you have to buy a laundry card to operate the machines.

This is one of the cleanest laundromats I've ever seen. The employee working there was very helpful and nice. They make you use a card instead of quarters. I guess that's how a lot of laundry places will go eventually. Almost all of the machines were working and super clean. The entire place was about spotless.

This place is really nice and clean and I would give it more stars if it wasn't for the older employee. I been coming here for a few months and this lady always says something rude to me. My last visit there I politely asked her to stop bothering me. I called her out about how she constantly has something to say to me despite my efforts to avoid her. I have called to talk to management but was told no one was there.

Great Facility! Clean, Friendly staff, everything works. I have my linens done by Sunny Days and they do an expert job. My business demands perfectly folded linens and Cindy really is a pro! It is so worth having them do the work! I will never do them myself again. They can accommodate a fast turn around if I need it.

I'm a traveler here on a 4 week job. You have to buy a $3 card and put money on it, to use the machines. Generally I like using the card at laundrymats, but I don't want to buy and carry another card. Maybe if they would refund your money when your done with the card that would be great.

Cards for machines, NOT coins. Annoying. I'm not from the area and deposits on a one time use card, or any card deposit, is petty theft as far as I'm concerned. However, Jessica was helpful and patient explaining the process. Laundromat and machines were clean.
