Dirty and not well maintained. Washers ok. Used 2 driers only one dried my clothes. I would not recommend this place and spend extra few dollars to drive to the next town.

how'd you fix it small engine service and repair

Nice quiet place with everything needed to do laundry, even have a little machine you can purchase laundry soap fabric softener (liquid or powder) and the same machine offers a giant clear plastic laundry bag to make things a little easier

Machines don't work, steal your money and do nothing. Nobody on duty to refund, nobody answers phone for help to get refunds. Lost over $18 in busted machines. Not happy.

I’d give this place five stars because of the manager! She is helpful and friendly, just an awesome person! People say it’s filthy but really the only thing dirty about it is the customers that trash it, I’ve personally seen this woman bust her butt everyday keeping this place clean only to have it look discusting again the next day. And she always cleans the whole place up. She’s awesome at her job!! Keep up the good work!!

Several machines were not working and one of them was leaking all over the floor. The machine I used didn't even get all the soap off my clothes.

NEVER AGAIN!!! Place was a dump,not to mention the machines don't work either. These people should be ashamed, they are literally robbing people. It's obvious that these machines are in need of maintenance and this business does not care as long as it continues to profit.Rediculous!

I was literally just there and it was horrible. The snack machine ate my money, I waisted so much money on the dryers just to end up with damp clothes. There was no one to talk to about it and no number for customers service. I only go there once in a blue moon because of how bad it is. This is just rediculous. I lost a lot of money. Not to mention there's no bathroom so ya how trust worthy is it to leave my laundry and go up the road to piss.

Neve go to this laundry mat I never really used a laundry mat service during to not needing one however I went to get caught up. Well were do I start for one it's very dirty, also their machines are junk they took $20 bucks from me and wasted my detergent. On top of all that I ended up leaving there with not one load of laundry washed so they also wasted my time. Of course they don't care because I wrote a note to them they didn't return my call s I was out close to $40 bucks.

Most of the machines say out of order 4 of the dryers I tried to use that were supposed to be in order didn’t heat up. The laundry mat itself is nasty in desperate need of being cleaned while there saw mice several times. Save yourself go to SEYMOUR or Columbus.

Filthy machines , alot were broken ,my scent beads didn't disolve and detergent was on clothes. After drying my clothes they smelled of their filthy dryers!

Expensive, ill kept facility with no restroom available. They once kept a load of my clothes for three days when a front loading washer locked them inside. I had to badger them to release the clothes to me! In all fairness to them, at least my clothes were rewashed and folded.

The management needs someone here 24 hours so people can use the bathroom when they had kids can we all now that kids needs to go to the bathroom all the time and they need to upgrade the vending machine with new ones accpely the pop one cause it not cool and the snack one is new cause it likes to eat your money and plus they need new carts thank you so much

Previous comment was deleted!! Unfortunately I have to add this update...I was in there today, most if the dryers are out of order. The washer I was using stopped working, just kept spinning. I made a few calls, the first young lady I spoke with very friendly, the second blamed me for the washer constantly on spin said I used to much soap. Umm...no I didn't, she said she would try to get a hold of the manager and have him come. Sorry to have put you out of your coffee break and thanks! The manager came and omg he was so friendly and helpful! He stopped the washer, was helping me retrieve my clothes when I am assuming the owner walked in and started yelling at this man. Saying how he was going to have him replaced and he wasted him time. Well, Mr. Owner this is your job this what your supposed to do when something breaks. If you had a problem with the manager then you should have done it in private not in front of every customer that was in your establishment. I have said it before and I will say it again you don't want to do your job don't be rude to people just quit. I won't be using this laundromat again. I won't assist in making you money for dryers that half dry, washers that don't want to work or for a person who treats him employees that way. This has also been posted on social media not just by me but another gentleman who witnessed the whole ordeal. Just shameful!!

they dont provide hot water for the washers, some of the dryers dont get hot when drying or they dont work at all. they never leave toilet paper in the restroom and the place is never cleaned up. it has smelled really awful at times due to the restroom. they are very expensive and they have no customer service

I have used this facility before and been very pleased. This trip was a disaster. I needed to use one of the larger front loaders, but the largest of the three was out of order. So I divided my wash between the two next larger "big load" machines. Dropped in my $12, and waited. One machine worked well, the other stopped mid wash full of soap and water. Looked for help, or a number to call. Found two numbers on their web page, one rang in the closed office, the other connected me to a very nice person in BLOOMINGTON. I waited for a call back, still waiting... I had to pull the soaking wet soapy laundry out and put it in the one machine that worked. Another $6, and I got drenched and covered with suds. Double the time, double the cost... not a great value.
