Really like this place!!! Very friendly and great staff. Moved here recently and been coming to this place for a few months regularly and have been VERY pleased with the results. This is definitely my home dry cleaners. They are cash only, that is the ONLY complaint I have, but definitely worth it. 100% recommend.

Fast 5 hour turnaround and less than half of what the hotel wanted for 36hour turnaround. She also fixed a button. Awesome job. Make sure you tip well and pay cash--it is Vegas

If I could give a negative review I would. I picked up my large order and two items were missing. When I phoned immediately upon the discovery they found the items. Since I hadn't received the items, I asked that they bring them to me. They refused saying it was my responsibility for picking up items. I believe it is their responsibility to give the customer the complete order. So much for customer service.

I have been using their pickup and drop off service for months. They come right to whichever hotel I am at and pick it up right from the bell desk and drop it back off. It is $2 per pound for wash/dry/ fold and they also do my dry cleaning for special items for a by piece charge when I need it. They charge $10 to come and get it and $10 to drop it back off. It is so worth not having to take time out of my vacation or spend more than that back and forth in a cab. They do a great job with my clothes and are so friendly and nice. I just stick the money in my laundry back when it goes out and they put the change in there on the return. I would recommend them to anyone!

Needed a suit dry cleaned for an event and was assured that it would be cleaned and pressed. I picked up my suit, only to find that it was still wet from the cleaning process, covered in other fabric remnants, and misaligned due to bad and lazy pressing. I called only to hear the excuse, " We had a busy day, sorry. I was in a rush."

Realized after 5 days that almost all of my underwear is missing! They gave my my laundry nicely folded in a transparent bag which I put in my case. When I needed fresh underwear it hit me brutally that almost all of it missing. Nice way to make my vacation super annoying.

I love this place. The quality of their work is the best we have found in Las Vegas. The white shirts come back white, and the creases are always sharp and located where they are supposed to be. The owner is more of a perfectionist than is my wife and that is saying something. They are a little harried and sometimes they seem to work on the fly ... but they stay there until the work is done, and all deadlines and promises are met. I am quite sure that the wife, who mans the counter keeps all special instructions in her head, but this appears to work better than would a computer since everything comes back exactly as requested.

Stay away from this place!!! I tried this cleaners out for the first time because they offer same day service. They don't have their prices posted anywhere in the store for the public to see, and when the woman wrote the receipt for my items there wasn't a price at the bottom. I was also told that my clothes would be ready by 4pm. I arrived at 4:20 and my clothes weren't ready, and on top of that the woman tried to charge me $65 for 2 jackets, and 5 pants, and 1 button repair. An argument ensued and I ended up paying $50 because I didn't have the time or patience to sit there and argue with the woman any further. This is a shady business and I should've known better, but when I called ahead and talked to the woman she seemed nice. So readers...go there at your own risk.

Been going to Sparkle Cleaners for over a year. Obviously, they do a terrific job. Greeted immediately, always request shirts individually wrapped. When I walk in the door, I always say "NO", and the lady behind the counter calls out my name before she sees me. Very friendly environment.

My family was in town to compete at a national taekwondo tournament and had our uniforms cleaned here and had some new patches sewn on. The customer service, quality of their dry cleaning was phenomenal. I highly recommend them, the lady that helped me was very cordial and enjoyed talking as if we had been friends for quite some time. We will definitely come back to sparkle again next year when we compete nationally. 5 stars, keep up the great work.

I have never written a review before but I was so pleased with this dry cleaning service that I feel obligated to do so. I down an hour calling every dry cleaner in the area because I needed to have close ready the next day everything was closed including sparkle dry cleaner the lady that answered my call had to be the nicest lady I have ever talked to she didn't hesitate to let me bring my close in an hour past closing and had it ready for me the next afternoon I will take all of my dry cleaning here from now one because the customer service OS amazing hope this helps.

This place saved our wedding pictures !!! We got our tan and white Hawaiian clothes to Vegas in a borrowed travel case ..... It had dark makeup in it and it got all over the outside of the knees of the pants ..... We were in need of a quick turnaround and a GREAT job. Mission accomplished !!! The pants cost over $250 and were made of bamboo. They were clean and perfect with a 5 hour turnaround. They charged about $6 and I gave them $20 and walked away saved. THANKS SO MUCH. Go to Capriotti's and get a Bobbie sandwich and your life will be good. Guaranteed !!!
