Very poor customer service, I used to love going here the employees were friendly, yea some machines are broke but its harder and more expensive to fix older machines. I went there tonight at 8:58 and they stop accepting new loads at 9 which is understandable if you are walking in with 10 plus loads. I personally can finish my 4 loads out the door in just under an hour. My girlfriend and I were approched very rudely right off bat by the lady with the lazy eye and she proceeds to tell us we had to leave and we explained how long it takes us to wash and dry and she starts in telling us how long it takes. I'm sorry but she has never washed my clothes and does not know, on top of her lieing about how long it takes to wash, I have previously seen the same lady cus customers out when they come in at 9:01 and is very rude to children to the point where I would hope she doesn't have her own and if she did I hope cps would take them. Besides the point....I will never ever step foot back here because of her only, I would highly advise everyone else to stay away, unless you want to have worse customer employee interaction than mc donalds.

Great laundromat with working machines, extra large machines, a fulltime attendant who makes change and long hours that accommodate many schedules. It's not a bad place to be stuck doing laundry it has WI-FI, a play area for children, Tv's and coffee for adults. I only knock off a star because the bathroom is a bit grimy and there aren't many plug-ins for electronics.

It was clean and the machines were clean. There were a lot of machines that were broken down, which didn't really effect me, I was only doing 2 loads and it wasn't terribly busy. My clothes came oit clean and it only cost me 75 cents to get each load of clothes dry. They have a little play area for kids and it has family friendly movies playing on tv's throughout the establishment. Lots of folding tables too. They have a Coke & Pepsi machine which are only 50 cents a can, as well as a candy vending machine.

This place had a sewage smell to it behind the machines where you could look if you were walking past it look like it hasn't been cleaned in about a year while we were there the lady that ran the laundromat that night she opened one of the dryers to clean out the lint and there was so much there that look like you can knit a sweater with it like I hadn't been cleaned in a long time the machine seem like they need work because the clothes didn't seem to come clean or dry cuz some of the machines are broke down without knowing which ones are that way because there's no out of order signs when you put your money in the dryers it's saved cold the whole go round it seemed like the place was basically falling apart for a newer building the lady herself that closed up that night was very nice and she even stayed open a few minutes later so our clothes get dry so that was much appreciated Hangouts

I have been there many times, there are a bunch of machines broken and they will not fix. I had a dryer that after running for 28 minutes did not dry anything. I was told it was my fault because I needed to open and close the door multiple times to get the gas to heat the dryer? I didn't see a pump installed on the dryer. This is not the first time I was told that the machine breaking was my fault. When you put quarters in the machine, you have an expectation that it will work.

Washer didnt work. Got a refund after it filled but didnt wash. Had to pay for more soap from them when switching washers with soaking wet clothes. Got to the dryer and had the same problem no heat! Refund and switch again. Wasted half a day there for one load. Others were also getting refunds for non dryer. And there were plenty already marked as non working.

I have had 2 separate very poor experiences with this laundromat. The first was with dry cleaning and the second with regular laundry. When I arrived to pick up my dry cleaning on the day it was to be ready, they said they accidentally sent it to the wrong location so I drove to the other location and they attempted to give me someone else’s dry cleaning. They were told it was a large order so they assumed the large order they had was mine. This left me in a pickle because I had brought in all of my suits on a Sunday morning and was told they would be done Wednesday evening, and I needed to wear a suit on Thursday morning for an out of town meeting. They found it the next day and expressed no apologies or concern when I picked up the cleaning. On a second visit, I waited for about 5 minutes at the front before someone came to help exchange cash for quarters. I didn’t complain and greeted the lady with a smile because I could tell she was having a bad day. She immediately said to me, “you don’t understand how busy I am, what do you need?” I just looked at her and said, “Hi, how are you doing?” She just looked at me and made a face. Then I asked for a roll of quarters. Later I needed more quarters and handed her a twenty but she noticed it was 2 20s because they stuck together. She said, “what are you trying to do? You’re just trying to give me a bad day?” I said I should have only given her one 20 and thought that was what I did, but I now see my wallet is missing a 20. She acted like I was trying to pull a fast one over her and then she said, “you should know how much money is in your wallet” and gave me back the 20 and the quarters I had asked for. I’m still uncertain to what provoked her negatively towards me. I was very kind and polite throughout my time there despite her behavior. In totality, there a significant lack of customer service and professionalism at this laundromat. It’s prices appear to be slightly cheaper but not worth the experience.

I just can't wash here anymore. I always give them the benefit of the doubt but after washing ALL of my new shirts that I JUST BOUGHT, they all came out with big stains. I've just had it. Just fix the machines & dryers for Christ sake. It's been this way for years. Now I've gotta buy new clothes & oooh my Wife was UPSET about her new WHITE pants.....lol

Almost never do loundry here but when i do there is always nice staff, not the sunday person she is very rude to kids and parents, she said she can't stand kids and will not put up with them, not on her shift so she took toys away and made all the kids sit down and shut up, she says they drive her crazy, she even took away magazines from everyone and put them away. Maybe this idiot need a home job where she don't socialize with ppl.

I have been to both scrub a dudes ...Union and earl.. staff is rude and lazy...( except this little old lady at union she is sweet and helpful and works her butt off ) and everytime we have gone in both of these places there is more broken then running....and if you tell them one isn't working right they don't care nor give you some money back...

As laundry mats go, this wasn't the cleanest or newest I've been to while traveling across the country. The women running the front next was nice enough, showed me around the place, and showed me which machine to use for my bedding vs. clothes. There are lots of signs saying to keep your children calm and no running around. When I arrived that wasn't the case, two groups of kids were running like crazy but if you bring headphones and something to do it was fine. No one bothered me and all the adults were polite enough. The machines are a little run down but there were signs indicating which machines were not in service. Regular washers were $1.00 and the bedding washer was $4.25. My queen size set and towels all fit. The dryers were $0.25 for 7 minutes. I didn't see a lot of plugs so make sure your electronics are charger before hand. Although it wasn't the nicest laundry mat I think it still deserved a 4/5. I will go again while here visiting Purdue.

The staff at this location is very rude. My daughter slipt and fell on water by the games. I told the lady she said nothing and just cleaned it up. So i asked her for the manager number. She told me she couldn't give it to me. Then i asked how i can reach him she said i cant. So now she is hurt and if she does not fell better in the mourning im taking her to the hospital. Things will go from there.

Nobody was there when they were supposed to be opened in the morning. Waited for 15 minutes after opening time and ended up having to drive halfway across town to another laundromat.
