I really like this place the drop off service is fantastic I'm glad i came here i only have one suggestion make the front handicapped parking its too hard to walk around the barriers if you have a hard time walking other than that keep up the good work

As soon as I walked in(it was my first time in a laundry mat) the employee welcomed me, and pointed me in the direction I needed to be, she also helped me pick the most efficient machine to use within my time limit. OVER ALL GREAT SERVICE! ❤️

Okay I went up here on Thursday obviously everyone knows that there's new owners a guy and a girl his daughter we're not there the back door was locked you can only go in the front door on the sign on the door says open till 8 doors are locked going to get in bathrooms were locked couldn't get in there was a note left where they were supposed to be said be back in an hour people that were in here said she was gone for more than 2 hours need to use the bathroom but cannot then turn around we asked them about it and then the guy that own that got all mad and raise his voice a little not too happy with this place think I will find somewhere else to go that has better staff and I saw the washers you have to watch when I put my clothes in there there was dirty stuff all in the bottom of the washer

Amanda is someone who applied for a job with our business, and didn't work out during the training and probationary period. She seemed to have a negative attitude about the work that needed to be done, and really didn't seem to want to be there. Her negative review was left out of malice because we didn't hire her after the training period. When hiring someone, we look for people with a strong work ethic, willingness to take initiative without being asked to, are sociable and friendly toward our customers, know how to properly wash, dry and fold laundry for our drop-off service, know how to properly clean and mop, and take pride in their work. Majority of our employees stay with us for many years because they are treated well, have a boss that truly cares for them and would give them the shirt off of his back if needed, are not micro-managed, and don't have to deal with a hostile work environment. Heck, when we first opened, our very first employees stayed with us for 20+ years! That tells you a lot right there. Amanda, I do wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors, and I truly hope you find a job that suits you perfectly.....a job that you love. Please take care

In response to Amanda, we have been in business at that location for over 30 years. We have a certain way we like things done for the benefit of our customers and employees. If you have a problem, we welcome constructive criticism and will address the issues as soon as possible. Flies and bees are a fact of nature and we cannot control them coming through an open door. It is nice to get fresh air into a building. We cannot have an employee doing drop off laundry and returning it to the customer not properly done. As an example , rolling dried laundry into a ball and not being put on a hanger properly. When a customer says that they will be back at a certain time, their laundry should be done by the time they get back and not have to wait while the attendant finishes it. I know we don't pay a lot, but you are paid to do a job. We do have your information and you will receive a 1099 at the end of the year.

I have been using this laundromat since I moved to Griffith. I love it. Well, as much as I can love a laundromat that is. Honestly, I loath doing laundry. But God Bless them, they have a drop off service. Usually within 2 - 4 hours they have my clothes washed, folded (or hung) and ready to go. Thank you for making my problem, not my problem.

I highly recommend this place to do your laundry. It's a friendly atmosphere, the owner and attendee are very helpful and courteous and it's very clean, they make sure the machines are cleaned after ever load and they also have a rewards program!

I've been using this laundromat for over ten years, the experience has been very positive. I'm sorry about that other Google user, every time I've had a problem with the machines the attendants have made every effort to resolve the problem, from getting a locked machine unstuck to helping me move my clothes to a working machine to issuing refunds when appropriate. They DO have hot water in all their washers, and if one of them wasn't functioning properly your clothes should have been moved. No, dryers are NEVER hot enough to please customers, but that's true of all laundromats! A load of clothes usually takes about 30-40 minutes to dry there, longer on humid days or if you overload the dryers (they could use more dryers, but that's also a universal truth of laundromats).

If I could give them a 0 I would. This was my first time going to that location. At first the lady that works there seemed nice until the machine didn’t register all of my quarters, so I told her one of my Quarters didn’t go through then she started acting like I was lying over this Quarter. The next machine did the same thing so she’s complaining again saying I haven’t had problems all day with this machine. So I let her do the next one lol and she has to beat on the machine each time she put a quarter in.... wow really... so the next one I use she had to beat that one also. I guess all the other customers know they have to beat the machine because I watch a man come in and use the same machine I had use and he had to beat on it. Since I was new I didn’t know the routine lol. That wasn’t the big problem one of the machines didn’t wring my sheets out good so I told her and she got all upset and said she had to call the manager as if I did something. So instead of trying to make a customer happy and put $3 in the machine or fix it so it would do the wring cycle again. They would rather lose a customer that they would make way more than $3 from. very bad customer service. And they will get the $3 back out of the machine so they aren’t losing anything. Then she gave me some excuse that it’s the kind of sheets I have (satin) really?? I’ve washed these same sheets many times and never had a problem and the only thing that was satin was the pillow case. And if your machine cant wring out satin then u should put a sign up letting customers know. I spent $25 just on some covers and sheets, I was gonna go back the next day with my clothes so they would have made a lot more money off of me but they would rather lose me then to restart the $3 machine. All I know is I will drive 30m away before I give them another dime. Learn to treat your customers like u value their business. Very bad 1st impression!!! Oh and I can’t forget the lady leaves for the night like 7ish and they don’t close til 10 she locks the bathroom so no one can use the restroom and I have a 6yr old that couldn’t go to the restroom. There is no attendant there and they know they have machines that don’t work good u have to beat them for the money to drop and the fuse blew during my wash cycle so my clothes didn’t wring out. So if u know stuff like that happens why would u leave your place unattended so that the customers have no one to go to if there is a problem. Other customers were complaining also. Very bad business!!!

Came here today to wash my king comforter, loaded it and just as I finshed adding my money the power went out in the area! Bernie the great lady here was so helpful & kind! She took my number as I went to Goodwill to wait & see if the power would come back on. Went back to the laundromat and power was still out. She said to leave the comforter here & she’d call me when it was done, I came from Dyer/St. John area. I was about 5 minutes away & she called, the power was back on. This will now be my laundromat! Nowadays you don’t find too many people who are genuinly kind, so when I do I make it known. I hope they appreciate Bernie and recognize that she is an asset to their company!

Was an employee the old owners were just very ignorant and blame people for things they do not do when in actually they should look into what their own family members are doing there and saying it was another employee and not them to save their own ass from getting into trouble so the 5 stars are not correct.

Had a bad stain , I tried and tried to get clean. Finally the wife said just take it to Premier. Hesitant to trust a cleaner with my clothes.I went I must say very friendly staff shirt came out better than new and made a couple great friends along the way. Thanks Premier you all are AWESOME.
