I've had pieces lost or damaged at every major chain cleaner in town. I started using Penn two years ago and could not be more pleased. They've never missed a requested pick-up time, never lost a piece, and their work is always high quality. On top of that, their attendants are always friendly and efficient and their prices are unbeatable - under $10 for a two-piece suit.

Claimed they could only press but when I arrived they stated it must be cleaned as well as pressed. This was never discussed over the phone and should have been. Not a good experience and lacked empathy. Staff treated me very prejudicial. I do not tolerate bigotry at any business. They made me ashamed of my color.

I needed a dress steamed for an event, and was having no luck finding a cleaner near my hotel that could do it in time. They helped within the hour and did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price (and were really nice). I'm so happy to have found them & highly recommend.

I wouldn't go anywhere else. They are affordable, efficient, and do great work. If needed I could get something same day and they always ask when I need it and go above and beyond it seems to get it done. Love them.

I called this locale at 5:30pm to ask a very simple question, would i be able to bring in three shirts and wait for them (because of the holiday and it being saturday evening) The person who answered the phone was rude, crass and it felt like she was mocking me. "We done for the day" is the only phrase she kept repeating, it didnt matter the question or the fact that i pointed out it states on the website they dont close until 7pm. Now i understand that the business has to stop recieving clothes after a certain hour to ensure the employees leave on time but there is most definetly a better way to let them know than repetedly blurting out "we done for the day" over and over again to the point of cutting me off and then hanging up. I dont know if the work being done is great but im sure the customer service being provided is not.

I use these guys every week. The lovely lady at the counter is always in a lovely mood and they are quick to help you with anything. They have a fast turn around and are cheap. I showed her where I broke a button off of my shirt and asked her how much it was to fix it. She told me that they fix all the buttons they see missing while they are cleaning the shirt and do not charge. Love this place.

These guys are my new family! My old dry cleaner decreased their hours from 9-5 M-F and 9-1 Saturday...! Penn 60 is open 7-7, 6 days a week! What a lifesaver! Everybody there is so nice and I love that they haven't changed a thing. It's 1975 inside- wood panel walls and well-made vintage equipment- it's wonderful! If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

Ruined an expensive shirt. I went here and leftover $50 worth of clothes to get cleaned and one of my shirts came back with stains all over it. I didn't notice untill the day before I was leaving to go out of town. Tried to call the number and no one ever answers. I will NEVER go back and will NEVER recommend them. To make it worse the lady was super rude when I was there but I let it go. So disappointed.

Absolutely amazing cleaners! They were accommodating and incredibly helpful. I was looking for a cleaner that could help me with a quick turn around with my blazer. Not only did I get my jacket cleaned and returned on the same day, they had it back to me within a couple hours! On top of it all, Service, service, service! The owners are great to deal with and incredibly accommodating! This cleaner is 5x further than my old cleaner, but for the service, quality, and price this will be my new cleaners! I would more than Highly recommend his Dry Cleaner!!

very rude and unprofessional people.. celled at 1 pm the person who answered the phone told me “ if you get here before 3 pm you can get same day service “ i get there about 2pm and when i get there they told me I cant have same day service .. why would you make me go in there just to tell me i can’t have my clothes back the same day !! FIRST TIME HERE AND WILL NEVER COME BACK AND BELIEVE ME I WILL make sure NONE NONE my people come here ...
