First time customer. Took in my queen-size bedspread. Pointed out the stains along the top edge. Dropped it off on Friday and picked up on Monday. Looks fantastic! Stains all gone. I will be using NUVO for all my future dry cleaning needs.

Their prices are high and their work sucks. I took TWO short jackets to be cleaned and one repaired on the inside sleeve. $53.00 to clean 2 jackets, they didn't repair the rip and one coat is so wrinkled it doesn't even look clean. The young lady asked "do you want to leave it and have alterations done"? I replied "nope, AND I won't be be bringing anything else here again". Paid and walked out.

I bought organza overlays for my daughter s wedding reception. I called and spoke to Ann, the owner because I was in a panic trying to find someone to press them, same day, in our budget. She was amazing. I dropped them off that morning and picked them up at 2 that afternoon. She went above and beyond to help me and did it for an amazing price!

I needed to clean my wedding dress so I brought it here. They took it and told me it would be $150 and take a week. After 10 days I go to pick it up and it's not done. They called me the next day and say they we waiting for approval to clean it for $150. Which was confusing since that's what they told me to begin with. She said it would be ready in a few days. A few days later a voicemail said it wouldn't be ready for another week for them to order a preservation box which i didnt ask for. After I called them back they said I could pick it up. The dress is cleaner but there are still several spots underneath it. Plus when I received it back they gave me a completely different hanger and not my David's bridal bag I brought it in. Disappointed with the slow service and lack of care for the items I brought in.
