Tim at Nu-Yale Cleaners really takes care of his customers and does great work. My husband has been a customer for years and talks amazing things. After our destination wedding, my husband and I needed my wedding dress, his suit, and a bridesmaid's dress pressed/dry cleaned in two days for a party we were hosting here at home. Not only did they finish in two days, but Tim gave us the cleaning as a wedding gift, and he sent me a thank you in the mail. Thank you Tim and team! You all are great!

Had a area rug clean it took them if not close to 3 months to clean it. Needless to say when I took the rug home I had to bring it back. It didn't even look like it was even ever cleaned. Had to send it back still haven't even got it back yet.

I've been a devoted customer to Nuyale Dry Cleaners for a while now, however they've been recently doing a poor job with the cleaning of my jeans. I had a pair of black jeans that were faded after being cleaned. I called the store only to be asked if I had another customer clothes that they lost. I purchased a brand new pair of black Levi jeans and they ruined those also. I spoke to the manager and she stated it was the dye in the jeans. I've had black jeans cleaned before and never did they fade. For the price they charge my jeans should've been replaced. I won't be returning to Nuyale cleaners

I have slipped to two other local cleaners when I was in a pinch for time and was totally amazed at the inferior results from Highland and one other. I dropped my work uniforms off on October 23 and they were supposed to be back October 25. My uniforms were not ready on October 25 as promised. Tracy, who works behind the desk, was unapologetic about the uniforms not being ready. I had to work the next day and was left without any uniform! I had to borrow a uniform from a coworker. How embarrassing! When I went to pick up My uniform, Tracy was there again. She kept giving excuse after excuse Of why the uniforms were late. They actually were not even ready for pick up until October 27! If you need your dry cleaning ready by the date promised on the receipt, do not use this place! I will never ever use this place again. And, Tracy is very rude, never apologized once for the company not returning to uniforms as promised. On October 25 Tracy said “our policy clearly states pick up dates are not guaranteed!” They could have at least notified me the clothes were going to be ready late. When I went to pick them up after October 27 she again never apologized and used the excuse that she is working alone. Do not use this place! Their service is unreliable and the customer service from Tracy is unprofessional.

Not impressed. Had a lamb's wool shawl cleaned to remove spilled sugary coffee. I picked it up when they said it would be ready. Brought it home and hung it in my closet. A few days later it snowed so I got it out and removed it from the bag covering it. When I unfolded the shawl the coffee was still there. Looked as if it hadn't been cleaned. I called NuYale and they had me bring it in and they "would clean it for free". I dropped it off on a Friday morning. Was told it would be ready Monday or Tuesday. By Friday I still hadn't heard from them. So I went there. Told him no one had let me know that it was back in. He told.me.that it came in Tuesday or Wednesday. Fortunately, it was cleaned. However, I just felt it wasn't anything to them; but to me it was a serious issue. Won't go back to them. Which is sad because dry cleaners are going out of business. Will look south of the Ohio River for another cleaner.

Tracey is a pleasure and she makes sure everything is accomplished to the customer's complete satisfaction. They are also fast, have drive through and delivery options, and a variety of services. I recently started using Nu-Yale Cleaners on Grinstead Drive after becoming displeased with my long-standing dry cleaner. My previous dry cleaners made me dissatisfied because the clothes came back smelling like chemicals. I was very happy with my decision upon my first visit to Nu-Yale. The store manager and employees are genuinely nice. And my clothes don't have any chemical smells, in fact, they are fresh smelling and natural feeling. I will be a long-term NuYale customer!

I've been leaving bags full of shirts to be cleaned every couple of weeks for the last six months. Every time I've gone to pick them up some of the shirts have had to be sent back because of issues with the pressing or broken buttons. They've pressed wrinkles into my clothes at least 20 times in the last 6 months and broken at least 5 buttons on dress shirts. The staff is super friendly and easy to deal with but clearly something isn't working in the factory. It's amazing how they force you to pay for your clothes before showing them to you. Don't waste your money with these people.

Everything went very well. I did receive the e-mail notification letting me know my order was ready and picked it up the following day. The order was easy to find, was rung up and paid, and I was on my way out the door in less that 5 minutes. Very courteous service and will definitely use Nu-Yale again. He discovered a piece was missing in the original delivery, went back and got it, and made a second trip so we would have it all before we left town. These guys do a nice job with cleaning clothes, fixing buttons and recycling hangers. Unfortunately they are fully twice as expensive as other nearby cleaner. Their coupon systems should help but it doesn’t work – you have to bring in the coupon when submitting the order and then they “forget” to deduct those costs from your bill. Looking forward to the Highlands cleaners on Bardstown and Edgeland being completed.

Terrible service! I dropped off a few shirts and a pair of work pants and was told my dry cleaning would be ready in two days. I picked up my clothes on schedule but came to find out they forgot my pants. The manager refused to even talk to me and said it was my fault for assuming all the clothes would be ready on the same day. I find this completely unprofessional and unacceptable and I will not be coming back.

I don't do a ton of dry cleaning, so when I needed to get my husband's suit cleaned and pressed, I just picked a place close to my house. WOW - the staff at Nu-Yale was so friendly, the turnaround time was so fast, and I was totally comfortable with the price for the cleaning and pressing of three items (suit pants, suit jacket, and dress shirt for $19). I will return to Nu-Yale for future cleaning/pressing needs.
