Super expensive, especially considering the washing machines don't spin well, and many of the dryers don't heat up well enough to dry clothes in the normal time. When I asked why they don't fix the equipment, the reply was, "Because it's expensive." Plus it's an awful neighborhood. Never went back.

It takes several tries to get a washer to accept a quarter, the soap/dryer sheet dispenser only dispenses half the time, and if you end up not getting the product you pay for, the laundromat worker won't do anything about it. Machines don't function very well. I'd give this place zero stars, but there is one dryer that works exceptionally well, and it is the sole reason this place gets any stars. It's worth driving down to a puddle across the parking lot to wash my clothes, and strapping my clothes to the hood of my car to air dry them. I'd get better service that way.

The drop off laundry service was excellent. My clothes were put on hangers or folded neatly when I picked them up. It took them about 3 hours (to wash/dry/fold my entire wardrobe) and they called me when my clothes were ready for pickup. Highly recommended!

I have never had a bad experience here in 5 years until today. A lady of asian decent was working just sat behind counter on her phone place wasnt being cleaned as usual trash was on floor chairs in isle way carts scattered. Even a wash machine full of water open! Customer asked if she could clean out a dry vent as it wasnt getting warm and she refused said it was fine.

I simply walked in at 6pm on Monday, August 5th. Was instantly greeted by an asian woman who could not speak any English at all. She proceeded to stand by me while assisting me in loading my wash...without any consent from me. What it was is that their machines are not taking quarters correctly and are taking people's money. She's standing there so should I catch it, she's there to give the money back. She put the detergent in as well as bleach, seemingly to distract me. I'm trying to have a conversation with her and she simply has no clue of what I am saying. So this is what customer service has degraded to? Being disrespected by non English speaking foreigners in our own country. I'm supposed to accept this in the name of tolerance? I think not. Please support American owned English speaking businesses. It shows that you are an American.

Place is always clean. business is a hit or miss in the afternoon depending on the day. They are clean (the attendants) are always cleaning in between the kids they are washing for others. nice employees. 50lb, 35lb, and double load washers. decent process and they have 2 available dryers that holds up to 4 loads. Love this place.

Very clean ! Staff is very helpful ! My washer died unexpectedly... I HATE washing my clothes in public flash backs to college and people stealing my clothes ! I called before I came to ask about prices and to see if they where open. The attendant was very friendly and could quote prices without putting me on hold . When I arrived business was pretty slow but the place was very clean and the attendant was cleaning and assisting customers! Until my washer is fixed I’ll definitely return ! Oh and they also have free coffee and everything is bilingual and everything seems to work great !

Always clean, they never stop cleaning all surfaces. All the machines work, and if there's an issue, it's dealt w quickly. Near food if you need to slip out for a quick bite.

It's a place to do laundry. Not enough baskets to machine ratio. The sign above the change machine that reads "those passing thru Linwood Laundromat, do so at your own risk". Might not be a smart move to get new buisness. Other than that, it does what advertised.
