Just spent an hr and half this place. Literally sitting out front as i write this. 2 women working and neither one of them has done any cleaning. The floors are DISGUSTING, the place is covered in litter. Here is a tip, get off your phone and do your job.

This place is getting as bad as Scrub n Duds. Since when is Levee Tan & Laundry 2 seperate things that when the changers DON'T WORK they can't give u bill change to at least get ur quarters from the one coin machine that does work. And talk about a rude ass employee whoever she is that was there 1\2 before noon.

I've been here several times. I always end up using one broken dryer so my clothes don't dry. Last time the heating element had small flames coming out of it. I reported it and the placed an out of order sign on it. Today I left with all my clothes smelling like mold since I guess they don't maintain the washers very well. I tried to avoid the washers that had dog hair sticking to the glass. I'd avoid this place if you have other options.

This is by far the best place to tan in Lafayette and West Lafayette! All of the locations are clean and the staff is great. If you ever have a question, the girls answer them for you. And you get great results from the tanning beds; you have multiple options. They also have a great selection of lotion. And there is no waiting list/appointments needed. Levee Tan has a lot to offer for anyone!

Seems lots of machines need fixed . The game machines need fixed too ,to keep kids entertained . Need more folding tables and less sit down tables that are super outdated . Open 24/7 , newer roll carts , clean. bathrooms, very organized , atm, several change machines ,wall of regular dryers and wall of extra large dryers most other places dont have . New TVs and good security

I moved out here a year ago, and have been going to levee tan & laundry. It's the most common place to go do your laundry, I found out about it bc everyone suggested it. I tried other places but the other places was not clean, so unfortunately levee tan & laundry is the best place to go. But it has A LOT of issues!! The big washers are always down, the medium size washers never counts down your money bc it's full of money, and only a manger can take money out of the washer. However, there is Never a manager there to assist or check with the customers, so when you try to get help from the staff they are very rude, impatient, and have no manners for any customers. They are young and only care about tanning and wearing ridiculously short shorts, so short that you can see everything

Clean laundry mat with plenty of washers and dryers too get the job done quickly, but don't fret if you need to be thee for a while they have plenty of entertainment ( multiple televisions, free wifi, tanning salon). Also it's located by multiple restaurants, movie theater, and clotjing boutiques all with in walking distance from the laundry mat. Plus they offer deals for certain days of the week like 1.00 washing, and my favorite thing of all, "their dryers actually dry clothes"! You know how some of these scam artist laundry places dryers don't get hot at all and you end up spending a small fortune to dry your clothes or go home with semi damp clothes. This is not that laundry mat! So I definately recommend this place.

Decent place to do your laundry. I've only ever had one or two issues in terms of machines not working well or not smelling the best, but the wifi is good and the prices seem reasonable.

I get, that it 24 hrs, but it should give them more time to get things done. The store is filthy, the beds don’t work right or at all. On the matrix, the bulbs below my hips were not on. The employee didn’t care to ask how I was doing or to say have a great night. I pay for the HIGHEST PACKAGE AND LOTION, you would thing all the store would be worth the club membership. Asking how do I use a bed or what does this mean? Getting the employee to say I don’t know, it’s horrible. They don’t care there. Work on the customer service on Brown street, I will never return there, should get more experienced customer service for the money that I put in and as well as the other customers

Very good laundromat. Great prices and great dryers. Just a reminder count the quarters as u put them into the machines then if you have a problem you can get the attention of the attendant to help and tell them how much money you put into machine.

It says no where online they close early on weekends... not an issue really but when the girl behind the counter looks at you like you are a major inconvenience to her and gives you dirty looks for not knowing these rules... i have an issue with it. Update your online policies and maybe your staff.

Pricey, dryers never dry your clothes without spending 2 hours just to dry a basket of clothes. Dead mice under dryers and on floor more than once. Washers spend 10 minutes of your paid time just to fill water before it even starts washing. Coin machine rarely work or rip you off. Bathrooms are always disgusting.

Close to campus, not too sketchy. But both times I've been here my laundry has come out of the (multiple!) washers dirty, like it hadn't even been cleaned. I keep finding random hair on things after drying. Also, $2 for one load is ridiculous considering half these machines are 20 years old and a good number of them are broken/barely functioning.

Waaay to pricey. I thought I would try it out because my apartment's laundry room is disgusting. But it isn't worth it for me to drive there and pay so much. The cheapest washer is $1.50(not bad) but most are $3.50, and they hardly fit much in them. Dryers are $.25 for 8 mins, but it took 24 mins just to dry a very small amount of clothing. Everything came out of the dryer with wet spots. The place feels sketchy too.

They're generally friendly, beds are always clean, and they even offer eyewear, on your towel, and a can of Suave spray deodorant, in every room. Although, about half the times I tan, 2-3 bulbs in the bed are burnt out...

Was travelling 3 weeks for work. Needed to do a load of laundry. The place was clean had video games had supplies and has a tanning place attached to it too so I got a snack clean clothes and a tan in about an hour. Great idea for a place. Great amenities too

Aubrey (spelling?) is absolutely wonderful! I don’t tan often, but I walked in and she actually gave me advice on how much to tan! I never know and end up burnt or with nothing and her timing was perfect. Right when I though I might be about to burn the machine turned off. She was such a sweetheart and knowledgeable. Without a doubt the best consultant at Levee Tan - best experience thus far. There are like 25 different beds with varying prices. I got the monthly package and really like it! Always clean and ready to go. I love how close it is to campus and that everything is set up when I go in. I just scan my fingerprint, say how long I want, and hop in!

Clean and well-run for a place open 24/7. It is the only 24-hr laundromat in the area that didn't creep me out when I did my laundry in the wee hours. Tuesday thru Thursday special from 6 am to 6 pm is $1 front-loaders!
