lacks laundry attendant. on two differrnt occsions my laundry got locked in one of the 30 pound washers. if u need any assistance must talk to Gas station attendant next door. after the two occasions I learned that u just need to pound the washer to get it to open! loitering oftentimes a nuisance. pleased with quality of equipment and how if you wash in onevof the center aisle machines, the wash price includes a free dry.

We were travelling across country and our rv broke down. While awaiting repairs, we decided to go to a laundromat. This is the most high tech facility I have ever seen! Impeccably maintained, top end commercial machines that actually clean your clothes, reasonably priced. Bravo!

HUGE washers and a free dry if you use them. You have to get a card and load it. A short walk from Zesto or Trubble Brewery and next to a gas station food mart. Marathon I think. No extended cycles on the washers and I didn't thunk the washers are as hot as far as water goes compared to George's on Taylor by the Munchie. But the sizes of the washers for bedding, furniture covers, rugs, curtains or a lot of clothes in a short amount of time...it's great for that. Anything less than a quad washer though...I'd probably go to the other.

They charge you for everything even to use the rest room it says free dry the only thing that’s free is the carts you use to transfer your clothes smh

Took a minute to figure out that X-Changer takes cash but after that was easy to get new card and start the washer. Just load machine up, add detergent/etc and swipe card. You need card to start machine and use the bathroom. It was over 90 degrees outside but A/C was cold. Sign says they have free WIFI but I couldn’t find the password to login and use it. Would use the laundry again

I am sad to say that this place isn't as good as it was..... At first I would have given it 5 ☆☆☆☆...... However, between a skeleton crew, or no one, and the same washers and dryers always out of order, it's becoming more and more difficult to get my laundry done in a timely manner.... Ownership seems uninterested or doesn’t care about the operations of their laundromat... This is supposed to be a local business depending upon the surrounding neighborhood for their income... Hopefully this trend will reverse itself, and they bring it back to when they had a staff member here and everything was working....The disrepair has been an ongoing thing... I always try to support local businesses, but you have to earn your support just like any other business does....

Positives: it's usually clean and quiet(ish). There are "free dryers," but only if you use the middle isle of large machines. Sometimes you get dollars back on your card for doing a certain amount of laundry. Negatives: there isn't an attendant. You buy a laundry card and load that with money (you also use it to open the bathroom). I know other places run bleach through their machines to disinfect, this definitely doesn't happen here. Also, they have "free Wi-Fi" signs up everywhere, but no posted password and the marathon attendant said it's broken.

I went on Saturday evening 1/27 i was working the weekend in the area. The attendant was extremely helpful her customer service exceeded my expectacations by a landslide. The facility was clean and well maintained . Not knowing the area at all I felt secure. If I'm in area I would use them again.

I have been going here for a year now and it has just gone down hill. Half the machines are broken, two of them have been "out of order, parts ordered" since November of last year. The dryers do not dry your clothes in one go (I've even put in a 30 lb load into a 50 lb dryer and my clothes are still damp) There are creepers who hang out in the parking lot. The machines smell like mold and the rude, ghetto people who use this place do not clean after themselves. I've found pills on the floor and even the guys who come take out the trash and "clean up" will throw cigarette butts on the floor outside. It's sad, i used to really like this place.

There's a sign posted outside and inside that says "Free Dry With Wash" so I only put $6.00 on my card. After the $1.00 deposit for the card, and buying soap and paying for the 30 lb washer I was left with about 50 cents which I thought was fine because I'd be able to dry for free. Upon closer inspection it appears that drying is only free if you use the washers in the middle isle (which are big and expensive) so I had to add $5 more to my card to dry (since there's a $5 minimum on credit cards) so I ended up spending $11 to do one load of laundry since I'm from out of town and won't be able to use the remaining balance. This, along with the complete lack of informational signage regarding washing/drying times and prices are the reason I'm giving 2 stars to what would otherwise be a laundromat deserving of 5 stars.

No one ever working everytime i come here I have to tell someone how to use something and the card machine hasnt been working right to use your debit card for weeks now this will be the last time I come here its not fair that I have to pay to use the atm next door which is owned by the same person so I guess incentive to not fix it since they make money off the atm

The filthy floors and machines, washers that have been broken for months, and no attendant readily available to assist customers clearly shows how little the owner thinks of his clientele. If you need help, you have to go to the Marathon next door and ask. There are typically no more than two employees working at the gas station at once, and although they have been nothing but polite to me, it’s unrealistic to think they’d have enough time during their shifts to clean the laundromat. They usually only spot clean, but the washers are clogged with old detergent, several are out of order, and now my clothes have gotten stuck twice while trying to wash them. I’ve also repeatedly witnessed employees ask black customers who were sitting at the tables inside if they were washing clothes, but have never seen them ask a white customer the same question. No proper maintenance is given to the machines. On Sundays it is impossible to wash your clothes in a timely manner because so many washers are broken and so many customers come in trying to do their laundry for the week. As I type this review, I’m waiting for the owner to come get my clothes out of a stick dryer. Prices are too high for such poor service and and an unclean environment. I usually do laundry here out of convenience, since it’s so close to my apartment, but I’m thinking that will have to change. I’d rather lug my clothes and coins around to a nicer laundromat that cares about their customers. It might be easier to put an “out of order” sign on the front doors and call it a day.

One of your machines if it off service so I just lost $3.51 because no one is here and I absolutely can not call the store or anything. I'm really upset because there's soap in my clothes and I don't have enough to wash another load.
