I went to do laundry and there was coach roaches coming out from under the washing machines I seen two and smashed one of them and told the night shift girl about it she then picked it up with a wash rag. And said “people bring them n and leave with them all the time. Also mentioned that people bring and leave with bed bugs to” at that point I wanted to leave but I already through my clothes in the wash so I had to dry them. And then Out comes the second coach roach from under the washer. Like why would I want to come somewhere to clean my clothes and leave with bugs possibly. I even asked nicely for a refund that night she said no. And then I asked for management and the store manager at even said no I only spent about 25$ there but still it was a awful experience and I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING THERE. ALSO the staff was very inconsiderate and rude of the situation and didn’t even really care. Saying they treat for roaches once a week n bugs ok. Well if that was true u guys wouldn’t have a active problem. But I feel like everyone should be aware of this.

Laundry & tan connection are average price for washers and dryers, but clean and fast so I prefer them. This location is twice the size of the laundry and tan on 135 & countyline so there are at least twice as many machines. It also has dry cleaning.

Me agrada los miércoles porque bajan a mitad de precio las lavadoras, una carga normalmente cuesta $2 y el miércoles de 7 a.m. a 3 p.m. cuesta $1. La atención no es muy buena, he visto a dos mujeres que trabajan ahí gritarle a las personas, sobre todo a los Chinos. Y en ese lugar me han robado ropa, una vez acababa de llegar y fui a mi carro por más cosas, cuando regresé ya no estaba mi ropa, me la robaron sucia. Hace dos semanas a una señora le sacaron su ropa de la lavadora y ella estaba ahí, no pasaron ni dos minutos de qué había terminado la lavadora y las señoritas ya tenían la ropa húmeda resguardada. Da miedo, pero es la lavandería más cercana que yo tengo.

I went here because they advertise credit card laundry. 3 medium washers worth of washed clothes later I discover dryers are COIN ONLY!!! I have a company CREDIT CARD, and once I could finally get the only rude employee to stop walking away from me talking to something not laundry related to ask she kept telling me to go to an ATM then dollar tree. CREDIT CARD. She was so rude too, why have credit wash but not dry?!?!? Why no sign?!?!?!? Off to an ACTUAL CREDIT LAUNDRY with my backseat full of wet clothes (luckily I have a small tarp, scout for life!!!

Nice place to do your laundry. Great dryers that get towels done in less than 20 minutes. While you wait, you can tan (as stated in the name lol) or there are arcade type games to play. (Crane game, bouncy-ball pin ball, racing game, etc.) Vending machines also on-site. Free wifi makes doing your laundry a comfortable experience away from home. I think they offer drop off services as well.

While not always the most comfortable place to do laundry, the heat in there can be a bit much in the spring/summer. They have things at your disposal to occupy your time while doing it (plus the USB plugs are just a nice little convenience as well), as long as you have a place to sit, which can be trouble within itself during a busy time. Its a decent place and with the new card readers on washers it makes it easier to do laundry without needing a lot of quarters on hand. I do wish the machines actually charged what they say they will as opposed to a flat rate of $10 a swipe though. I mostly use this place when I don't have access to a free washer because of its location if anything.

Horrible! Went & did laundry washers took the money but wouldn't run. Oh and let's not forget that wonderful customer service they have! YEAH RIGHT!! Took an hour or more to get help at 12 at NIGHT! I get no refunds. I just wasn't willing you wait for them to take there sweet time to get back to me to restart the washers. What takes an hour to do 2 loads took me 2hrs. They need to stop hiring just anyone who needs a job and someone that can handle these problems in a timely manner. Oh yeah let's not forget that ppls thing's come up missing often as well. They really need better customer service.

The dryers are terrible...the ones I've used don't get hot on the high temp setting which causes me to spend 2 to 3 times more money than if they worked properly. I will not be returning to any of the Laundry and Tan Connection stores.

I go here to tan...I like the beds for the price, but the horrible service is just not worth it. I can count on one hand the number of times that someone has actually been at the desk to help me and I haven't had to walk around to find someone. And if they ARE there, they are completely rude and stuck up. There is one younger girl with blonde hair that is the ONLY person that has been friendly. I was waiting for someone to help me last time (like usual) and a guy came up from cleaning a bed and grabbed a towel, saw me standing there and said NOTHING, and started to walk back to the back and I had to ask if someone could help me. Also none of the staff seem to know the same rules. I went in one night and my bed was taken, and the 2 staff members in there said,"Oh, since you have the package, if your bed is taken we have to upgrade you for free", and she put me in the next level bed. Tonight I went in and my bed was taken, and the girl said, "Well you can wait or pay to upgrade..." and I told her what they told me last time, and while chomping her gum she replies, "We do NOT give free upgrades." I asked for the manager and she said that she wasn't here and actually said I could pay for my upgrade and talk to her next time. Needless to say, when I talk to her tomorrow I will be cancelling my package and taking my business elsewhere. So, its for you to decide if the good price is worth putting up with those kind of people.

Our washer broke. So we started taking our clothes over to this joint for a couple weeks. I haven't done laundry at a laundromat since I lived in South Florida. This place is GREAT. They don't have any scorpions or burnt out middle age Bros wandering around so immediate 3 stars up from SoFlo. The place is clean and staffed. It's also really safe and almost always busy. My one complaint is that nobody in their right mind sells YooHoo for $1.50. c'mon. That's a 50 cent drink. Otherwise 4/5 stars. Would do laundry again. In fact, it's kind of a thing. Clean clothes. First world problems.

The 1st time I went there was pretty late so hardly anyone was there, but an employee was smoking Weed outside on the bench and the smell was just flowing inside. It was disgusting and inappropriate to do that on clock? Also him and his gf were doing major PDA all night, so I had to walk up to him twice for things id wait forever at the desk for. Really awkward. And the 2nd time I go, we have two employees sitting outside talking to friends while we waited 15 MINS at the desk for them to help us. Finally one made eye contact with me so they were obviously obligated to come help us. Only reason I come here is because my crazy work schedule, and there's no others that are close and open all night. Horrible horrible customer service.
