They have two extremely large signs which state that delivery within 3 miles is free with $20 worth of services. My services came to $21 but they told me that delivery would be an extra $30. The attendant said that she'd been there for 3 years and that this had always been the policy during that time. Then why advertise the service as free if it actually costs? The attendant had a very apathetic attitude towards the whole thing. I just needed our barbershop towels cleaned and even though this is conveniently on the way home, because they don't honor their own advertising, we'll not be using them again. Another example of a service which is needed in less developed communities is brought in simply to make money off the backs of those who have no choice but to use the service. At least treat folks with enough dignity and stand by your word do what you day you'll do.

Pick up to location not guaranteed or dependable. they don't answer phone. Someone stole my girl $500 phone when she place on Wall charger to charge in front of employee. No sign on Wall saying not to leave belonging for a sec next to front desk person. they refuse to show surveillance camera video to us or to the police. Police waited 1hr to get response from them only to b told later they'll check camera. When they could've review it on spot with out problem. When police show up manager(person in charge ) actually get in the car and tell them lies n leave.

Clean. More than enough washer and dryer where you don't have to clean near anyone. Weekdays between 3 and 5pm my usual time to launder... It's calm. Folks just focused on getting in and out. Staff are very helpful. Pretty easy to use machines once you get the hang of it. Big plus... No quarters!!!!!!

Loved it there is so far no waiting on washers.and when the washers are done I go staight to the dryers and wjen you uae the big washers you get 40 mins pf free drying which is all I need and as soon as dryers are done the tables are right there so I can start folding my warm cloths right away which I love because as long as you can fold your cloths while there are still warm it prevents your cloths from getting wrinkles in them . They also have Free WyFy which I as Love because while I am either waiting on the washer or the dryer the WyFy I can use while waiting to have the opportunity to update my updates on my phone which takes no time at all because of the Free WyFy . They also have Bathroom Facilities which is aldo Convenient because it usually takes me atleast 2 1/2 hours to finish my laundry so I do not have to leave the laundry mat to find a bathroom to use Which Is Awesome because therefore I do not have to waste gas to leave and come back just to finish my cloths Plus There Is vending machine's for something to drink , snacks, Or Laundry Soap and or Drier Sheets ir Fabric Softener . So Although I Dread to go do laundry because I know I will be thete for hours I Really Love Laundry City because It May Not Be Home But Atleast when I get thete it has Every thing that you will need to finish all your laundy At One place .

Took my grandmother here, she is disabled. The service was terrible. Lady working there did not want to help the elderly and had an attitude the whole time. Senior citizens deserve more respect them what my grandmother was giving. The need better service for the elderly/disabled.

For ex: those that don't have control of their child or children. Also ppl that don't have self control of their self when relaying a situation. Foul mouth and attitude don't get a message across. I think it may be my last time going I usually go there all the time to wash my clothes and everytime I go back some of the staff gets worse. Like the attitude of some of the ladies. I spend alot of money there and they have free drying but I seem to always have to pay because the dryers doesn't always work. They always change the price I pay to go home. Some of them is polite but most of the ladies on the floor need to work on there customer service.

I do the wash and fold service. I've tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt. The first time my sweater went missing. The second time there was a detergent solid stain on my shirt, so I had to throw it away. This was the last straw; two of my favorite gray exercise shirts, gray jacket, and my black dress are missing. Do yourself a favor. DO NOT let them wash your clothes. Clearly they mixed up my shirts w/ someone else's OR they're working there for there own personal closet gain.

Super clean facility. I dread laundry day but it was quick and easy. All the machines work with the exception of the ones marked as don't use and there were maybe one or two dryers like that. They use a laundry card so no quarters to fuss with. Also no need to go to ATM. You can load your laundry card using your debit or credit card. They also have an arm machine attached to the front to the building. They have WiFi but I did not test the speed not use it. There is a kids play area and plenty of TV's. There is only one men's and one women's bathroom. The women's bathroom was clogged with toilet paper but when I returned maybe 30 minutes late the toilet was working again. In the commercials they say they will pick you up in their shuttle to bring you to do laundry and I did see the shuttle in operation when I was there. They can also do your laundry at $1/lb. I was impressed overall.

This is my 1st time here at laundry city. The attendant was so busy washing clothes and folding that she was very rude and short. I only had 2 questions to ask her. I used the 80lbs loaders and the digital screen was messed up so I could not read what it was saying and she came over as if I was doing something wrong. On a good note the washers cleaned great, but I am a stickler for customer service so the change I saved and bad service wasnt worth the travel. I will return back to the Family wash near Middlesex shopping center next wash.

Definitely the best laundromat in Baltimore (and probably Maryland). It is self labeled as the cleanest and it is certainly extremely clean most of the time. The facility is large and there is no shortage of efficiently working washers and dryers. The following make Laundry City stand out: free wifi (powerful enough for streaming movies), the dozen plus TVs, the fabulous background music, the quiet room (though some patrons don't seem to understand the quiet concept), the very comfortable and well appointed waiting area, the kiddies play area, the no-touch very clean bathrooms and the free shuttle bus that is there to transport customers. The bonus is an owner who gives back to the community (even if it's just a marketing strategy) and appears to care about his customers.He gave out school supplies at the beginning of the school year, gave away TVs during the holidays and held drawings for cash prizes during the year. Unlike the other laundromats in the area he is not just a faceless entity. Kudos to Laundry City.

MY FIRST AND LAST EXPERIENCE WITH LAUNDRY CITY WAS A COMPLETE DISASTER. FIRST THE LADY OVERCHARGED ME FOR A DELIVERY THAT NEVER HAPPENED. MY CLOTHES WAS THERE FOR 2R HRS AND STILL WAS 2 HRS LATE. WHEN THEY FINALLY ARRIVED THEY GAVE ME TWO BAGS TJAT BELONG TO REGINA SMITH MY FIRST NAME IS CAMILLE. WHEN HE (DELIVERY DRIVER) CAME BACK HE BROUGHT A BAG HE LEFT. AFTER ALL OF THAT I GET OFF WORK BECAUSE THEY MADE ME LATE TO PUTY LAUNDRY AWAY TO DISCOVER ALL AND I MEAN ALL MY UNERCLOTHES, SHIRTS, AND SOCKS WERE ALL MISSING.. WHEN CALLED THE ATTENDENT KEPT TELLING ME CALL BACK. VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. NOT TO MENTION SHE DIDNT WANT TO GIVE A NAME. WOW NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN WILL I EVER USE THIS SERVICE.

Whenever I go to this particular laundry City I'm always greeted with exceptional service. The staff is very nice even when I don't come in to wash clothes. They're always willing to help the facility is kept very nicely I have been going to this laundromat since they open and will continue to go there even though I have a washer and dryer home. The large machines make it very easy to wash a lot of clothes at once and I can always find a cart.

I’m a new customer and tried to take advantage of the comforter deal. I was told that someone could come and pick up my comforter between 7pm-8pm . After 8:20pm , I called the company and asked what happened and why wasn’t I contacted if the driver was going to be late. I was told he had a lot of stops and when he returns he will pick my comforters. When I placed my order i was asked for my credit card information and informed my card would not be swiped until the comforters were picked up from my house. However, 15 minutes later I was charged for the comforters . I received another phone call at 9:00pm stating my driver is on his way and has one stop and it shouldn’t be long. It is now 10:07pm and my comforters still haven’t been picked up. I asked about the charge on my card and was told the money is taken before the items are picked up. They haven’t washed the comforters and I’m already disappointed. *** The driver following showed up at 10:10pm**** Ridiculous

We called the night before to confirm pricing for the wash an fold service for the next day. The women quoted us $1.85 per pound for a 2-4 hour turn around. We showed up today and were told that price was for an 8 hour turn around, but they could do a 6 hour turn around for $2 per pound. Seems like they saw us and decided we had the money to pay more. An absolute scam and a rip off. Leaving us rearranging our entire day because of poor communication and blatant lies by their staff.

It's pretty clean and spacious. I generally swipe the inside of a machine before using it and I've never encountered a problem. Laundry City has very large machine, medium sized and small washers and many dryers. I've been a few times to wash items that didn't fit in my home machines (pillows, comforters, etc...) and each time, there has been courteous staff to answer questions and help me when needed. There's always someone sweeping and trying to keep the place tidy. Laundry City also has a little play area for children and observation lounge for parents. I believe I even saw a little computer area as well. I was quite happy with my visits. I have not tried their van service or the clothes pick up service as yet. Happy laundering.

Large, bright, clean facility. The machines don’t take quarters, you have to get the Laundry City card from the kiosk up front and add money to it with either cash or credit card. I don’t remember them all exactly, but some of the washer prices are $3.99, $6.99, $8.99, & $9.99 (based on size). You get 3, 10-minute dryer cycles with each washer you use. At first I thought I was being charged for the dryer but when you put the card into the card reader it deducts one of the free swipes you received from using the washer. The screen on the card reader flashes your account balance once you insert and remove the card, it wasn’t actually deducting money from my card. To add more time to the dryer, just insert and remove the card and another 10 minutes will be added. 1swipe=10 minutes. There is a machine where you can buy miniature laundry essentials (I.e. fabric softener, dryer sheets, etc) for $1.25 each. My washer/dryer at home broke so I hadn’t been to a laundromat in a while, this was an overall good experience.

Just trying out the laundrymat. This location is popular, so if your short on time. Probably should go to a older location. The staff is very helpful and friendly. You have to get a laundry card and it does not take coins credit or cash. A bit pricey a load. Bring your own detergent unless you want to load $15-20 a load. $1.25 for each laundry detergents or bleach. (Cup full) and $9.99 for superloads extra $1.00 for heavy soil clothes.

Tried this service for two months. Signed up for the subscription service at the highest tier to take advantage of the $.99/lb for up to 200lbs of clothes and $.50/lb for every lb after that. We had fallen really behind on laundry, so this deal seemed like a steal. They came out, picked our clothes up, then the next day they called and told us the price and it was not aligned with what was advertised. I told them this and they said that is what is advertised on their site. I got off the phone, relooked up the price to confirm, then called them back to let them know that the promo I saw is clearly there, they proceeded to argue that the promo I saw is old and it is still on their site due to an error and they would not honor the price. At this point I'm irate, call corporate, who was more reasonable and compromised with me. Next month strolls around, our laundry is picked up late, more than 24hrs go by, I call and they say they hadn't returned my clothes because I owe money on last month's invoice. I proceed to tell them that I don't owe anything on that invoice and that it was settled and that I would pay the current invoice with a promise that my clothes would be returned before the end of the night. I got my clothes, but 2 months in a row I felt like they held my clothes hostage in an attempt to extort more money than what was invoiced, dealt with unprofessionalism, and poor customer service. After that second month, I promptly canceled my subscription. I would never, ever recommend this service and I think they need to work on training their employees to be professional and personable and fix their site so that the user platform is more user friendly and intuitive, and most importantly, update the site so ALL the information communicated there is correct.

(Trash overflowing, discarded clothes on the floor, broken machines) I recently moved over East...I’d rather drive 20-30 mins out the way to one of the nicer Sudsvilles over West. The hot water doesn't get very hot The driers often leave your clothes smelling burnt. The attendants are helpful but management has made a free decisions that are problematic. No cons. If you have to load a card you need cash or a credit card. The minimum credit card load you can do is $10. Attendants will not make change.

They charge for EVERYTHING. I don't like it. If you want to change a setting there's a charge, you want to use hot water there's a charge for that. I didn't like my experience. Friendly staff but the service system they are using is a rip off. Charging and nickel and dime-ing the customer for everything little down to changing settings on the machine is ridiculous. Went once never going back. Ever.

Love this place. They're open 24/7 with clean machines, fast WIFI, comfy plush seats, large TVs, and a children's play area. There are enough machines that you're never stuck waiting for someone and being there doesn't feel like a never ending chore. Plus loading the card is much easier than going to my bank and getting boxes of quarters.

I don’t quite understand why these guys are not recognized as one of the best in the area. Their services are really good and inexpensive. It’s not easy to get a shop where they offer free delivery to your doorstep. Keep up with the great job guys.
