This is definatley one of the better laundromates in Muncie. The employee there was very helpful. There is a really nice older guy (a customer) there who will talk to you for as long as you will listen. I realize that this is not a reflection of the business, but it's nice when the clientele is good.

The $15 minimum for wash & fold wasn't posted on the website and it didn't seem nearly as wonderful as the site boasted, but it was very clean and I had no doubts that my clothes would be handled carefully.

The VERY BEST laundromat in muncie. Clean, well maintened equipment, tvs,wifi for laundry customer use. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The owner is a wonderful person! They have dropoff laundry service also dry cleaning dropoff . Come sudz your dudz at Laundry Basket!!

Got there at 9:03 pm and they would not let me wash a load of laundry. I told the clerk, who was sitting there on her phone, all I needed to do was wash. I was not drying. She said "no, that's management's rule". The hours say they close at 10. She just wanted to leave early on a Friday night. Went to 24 hr laundry instead.

The staff was very friendly. The facility is clean and there were plenty of machines. I was able to have both loads going at the same time which was really helpful. The free wifi is a nice perk too!

In a bind, and with no time to spare, I drug a week's worth of laundry in, hoping to use multiple machines to speed the process. When I entered, I saw they offered wash, dry and fold services. And they could have it done by the next day. Great service.

Usually a nice place but this time the dryers buttons didn't work very well, lost 25 cents not that big deal but staff didn't offer to reimburse , seemed to find it funny that I couldn't get the machine to work. ..another example of poor customer service
