Delivery guys scuff up/damage walls and doors and won’t tell you. Don’t know how many times I’ve had a dryer installed that didn’t work. Only to find out they installed the cord wrong. Older tech that comes out has a major attitude problem. You ask him a question and his only response for everything is “I’ve been doing this 25 years”.

Was supposed to have my washer and dryer installed before I even moved in on April 26th. Mistake number 1. They made me wait a 10 days before they'd even come out. So I waited the whole week with no way to wash laundry only for them to come out on May 6th and take one look at my dryer vent and say "nope, needs fixed first" and then leave. Why was no one fixing this in the week that I was already freakin waiting?? Mistake number 2. We got maintenance out here first thing the next morning (under the impression they were coming back the next day) and had it fixed before 10am. Then I proceeded to sit and wait the entire day (no time estimates whatsoever) only to find out they emailed at 4pm saying they're not even coming back out until May 10th. Mistake number 3. I've been 2 weeks without having a washer and dryer THAT I'VE ALREADY PAID FOR, and haven't been able to wash my laundry when I have a toddler in the house. I'M NOT FREAKIN HAPPY.
