Very clean. Staff on hand. Its $2.75 to wash a load but it was a pretty good size wash machine. Even have an ap for your phone to pay to wash your laundry. Not much in the way of chairs or seating. But they do have tanning beds :) would of made it 5 stars if had more seating

It's nice an the stuff there are really helpful an unlike other places there machines acturlly work an its in a great spot to get something to eat or drink while you wait for clothes to get done even thou it dont take long an the restrooms are clean i go once a week an always done in less then an hour an i got lots of cloths

It's a fairly good laundromat, however the dryers don't get serviced (cleaned out, lindt removal, etc) frequently enough. Also I find the washer prices to be too much per the amount of laundry in weight and by volume that fits in each level of washer. E.g. Small washer (8-10 thin shirts load) $3, next is a larger one at 6.00 and it holds like 20 lbs of laundry, so it's almost as high to wash it yourself as it is to have it washed at some places. Then they have an $8 washer and holds like 2 comforters and maybe 3 or 4 towels I'd say. For $8.00 I want just shy of a BJ and a Coke and a smile, or a hot model wannabe to wash it for me!

Often opens when the employee decides to show up. Closes at inconsistent times. Many machines do not work. This place is plagued with people that use up 15 dryvers at a time! I'm writing today because a machine did not start after payment was made. The employee attempted to start the machine but failed. After that she told me she couldn't help me because her shift was up. Coming here will cost you more then you expect in both time and money. It's common that a machine will run indefinitely keeping your clothes locked. They currently have a boyfriend and girlfriend working here that flirt the entire time and interfere with customers trying to communicate. This is the last time im coming here. Buying a washer will be worth not being surrounded by half naked people hanging out with no business here obviously hopped up on pills.

This laundromat used to be open 24 hours a day they change their howrse from 11 p.m. until 6 a.m. which is an inconvenience on all of us but I understand why they made that decision yet when I came to do laundry this morning before work at 6 a.m. they were not open I came back at 7am still not open. If the hours of operation needed to be changed. I understand that but then someone needs to be there at 6 a.m. to let the pain customers in at 7:30 the doors are still locked. I love this laundry mat I always have because of their convenience and my crazy work schedule but I won't be able to return if the employees can't get there to unlock the doors when it said they should be unlocked an hour and a half earlier. Sorry to complain I just believe in sticking to a plan if you have a business plan

Bathrooms are closed at night when attendant not on duty. Would've never spent $$ here had we known this, spouse has medical need for bathroom. Should make NO BATHROOM'S after certain time clear on website!!!!

8:30 in the morning, came to do laundry still not.open or unlocked. left and came back and still.no one there. did see a few cars pull up and leave for same reason. understand why the closing at night, but if you say you're going to.open at a certain time, it would be helpful to do so.

This is the best place to do your laundry! The best part is it's 24hrs. It doesn't take very long to do your laundry either.The bathrooms are very nice and clean. The service is awesome! There is always someone working behind the counter. If you have a problem with anything it gets fix immediately!

Wow amazing! It was Soo relieving to find a laundry mat with great staff! Matt was extremely helpful and nice. He showed us around and we got to talking. When we walked in he was showing another guest how to fold a fitted sheet properly (how amazing!) The place was very clean, AND I left my quarters at he but you don't need them here!! They have a setup where you can pay for and start all your machines at the exact same time. Overall, I had a great first experience here and it's very much worth the drive from Clarksville!

I really like it but i wish you all would fix the timing on the washers...i put my clothes in and one washer lasted almost an hour. And it doesn't go by weight like a staff member tried to tell me. Just fix it please. Other than that everything else is great thank you!!

I used to love this place until they locked the door at 10pm with my clothes in the washer. Sorry your restrooms are locked and I had to go use a bathroom else where. My clothes would have been dry by 11 like your sign says. You all owe me a refund

Glad they have staff there now. Unfortunate they would have to but I wasn't planning on going back after my last experience and they people that occupied the place, not doing laundry. Granted it was late but that's what the 24 hours is for right. I did not feel safe though. Not the case now. Place is clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend.

I think a lot of these reviews are unfair. When you operate a business with that many machines with that many machine parts SOME OF THEM WILL BREAK DOWN. Not one time have I came to this location and not had enough available "WORKING AND OPERATING PERFECT" machines to wash and dry my laundry. The building is wonderful compared to most and the equipment is amazingly priced and works perfect and New. I can do 8 loads of laundry in about 1hr and 15 minutes wash and dry for under $20. I highly recommend this place. Also, I set my phone timer for how many minutes on the washer I have and same on dryer and leave and come back right before each is done and I have never had clothes stolen or messed with. Don't listen to the negative reviews I come here every two weeks to do my laundry and I have not had any of these b.s. issues.

Washers and dryers are good... Homeless people usually hang around and that's what I don't like. My apartments do not have a on site laundry facility so my hands are tied when it comes to having to get my clothes clean. You shouldn't have to worry about your laundry getting stolen, it is getting a little better, but not quick enough!

staffed 24/7, always super clean, with great prices. regular loads are 2.75, large loads are 6, extra large are 8. Dryers are 0.25 per 5 minutes and they excellent tanning beds plus they have drop off service if that's something you are wanting.

Believe the bad reviews. The place is terrible. I stopped in at about 11pm or so on 1-7-18 and while I was loading my machines a woman who I assume worked there was pushing a broom around my feet while talking on her cell phone. She never said a word to me. My machines both got stuck in main wash limbo and when I went to talk to the male attendant he stated that I must be trying to use hot water which was "froze up" and he shouldn't help me because of open heart surgery. When I mentioned it might be nice to tell people they can't use hot water (even signs) he started yelling that I came in the other door. He was getting belligerent with me as I was hauling my soaking wet clothes out the door (I'll take them to a place that works and has customer service) and I realized he was not to be reasoned with in regards to a refund so I left. Part of the $8 I paid included hot water, I will call my credit card company and dispute the charge because I did not receive proper service.
