Always so clean and play great music!! They have a grocery area where you can purchase snacks, extra laundry soap, or dryer sheets. The machines are priced normally but they get pretty packed depending on the time you go.. another great thing is they have pool tables and different ways to make the time go by faster.

Don't expect anything to be done when the old guy is working, all he does is sit around and look at videos on his phone. He doesn't clean or help with any issues at all. I had to wash my clothes twice because the washer didn't put out enough water. If the young Hispanic guy who works is there or the younger white girl I think her name Kim is working you won't have a thing to work worry about.

It's a lot of room and it's doesn't take long to wash you just have to be careful with the washer machine cause some of them they don't tell you doesn't work

Very helpful and professional. Also clean facility with all new machines. Love how they have their card set up to use machines very convinient. That they add points and money when u add funds. Points give u free drying or washes.

Caught bus here at 7am to do laundry. Arrived at 650, its 715 and NO ONE IS HERE. Their voicemail says they open at 7am. Now i gotta catch bus to 38 sherman. HORRIBLE

The atmosphere is so friendly here. It is the cleanest laundromat I have ever seen. The pool table was missing a few balls, so I mentioned it to a worker there. Not only did they refund my game, but also gave us a free game and made sure every ball was there. If a machine malfunctions or has an error someone is always happy to help. Although there isn't someone always in the little store as soon as they see that there is someone standing there then a worker appears to check you out. The change machines are always working as well.

This place is great! I'm traveling for work and haven't been to a laundromat in years. I was worried about going at 11pm... but the place is very clean and safe. Lots of stuff for kids to do, wish that we had one of these when I was a kid. They even had a 20min wash cycle.

CLEAN, PROFESSIONAL, HELPFUL and GREAT! I stopped in to do my laundry all at once instead of a load at a time after work and I was pleased beyond belief! Lots of Brand New Equipment in varying sizes to suit your needs, a Gentleman who was cleaning up all of the time and change machines that worked! I purchased a reeeeeally nice bag, hangers and additional detergent at their convenient store then I watched the NEWS as I folded my clothes! When I got home, all I had to do was put the clothes away, prepare for the next day and chill. So much quicker than doing it in my basement laundry room at home. Believe me!

My basement flooded and I had to wash about 30 to 40 loads of clothes and house linens. The $9 big load washers helped sooo much. Most of the items I brought in were sopping wet and made a mess as I brought them in. I spoke to one of the attendants named Sam and he listened to my concerns. He gave me advice on washing techniques and put up a caution sign so no one would fall. Then helped me keep things clean and neat in the area as I took care of the linens. Thanks Sam! The dryers worked well and dryed my things quickly considering the amount of stuff I had. Also my kids had plenty to do with all the games, wifi, and space to walk around. Best place to wash in the city!!!

My clothes and my sheets keep getting stained up either from the washers or the dryers. Its ridiculous. Theres no reason this should be happening at all. Not worth going.

This place is completely AWESOME!! I'd go here just to hang out, no laundry necessary! They've got pool tables, video games, air hockey, a small STORE where you can buy your laundry supplies, and a Juke Box. A JUKE BOX y'all! I'd be doing laundry every day if I lived closer to this place! I wish they had these in Cleveland, OH!

This establishment runs a dance hall, which needlessly pollutes the neighborhood with loud music all hours of the day and on until 2am. I live on 34th St. And the bass is audible, the only thing louder is the train.
