Obviously a new operation, super clean, brightly colored and fully staffed. I have had nothing but great luck with my dry cleaning. I haven't used the coin laundry side but it appears that they have a lot of new equipment and there seems to always be someone in there doing their laundry.

Picked up, sorted, washed, folded and delivered within a 4 hour window on short notice for an honest price. They also found a dry clean only vest that I put in the basket by accident and set it aside to avoid ruining it. These guys are top notch and well worth your time and money! Flip fo life!

Nice clean place and great place if you're going to have any kids with you as they have taken that into consideration with an area for them to watch TV or play games while you do your laundry. Plus pizza right next door and what kid do not love that.

They Do a great job at getting stains out and even removed the fuzzies from my winter coat. They are always nice when I go in. Also they texted me when my coat was ready and turn around time was speedy!

I used them for dry cleaning for a year and a half. They were nice, professional, and I always felt like my clothes came back clean. I went to pick up a pair of my pants and they told me they had already been picked up. I was told to go home and check my closet to make sure I didn't miss them. I did and still no pants. When I alerted them to the fact that my pants were still missing they told me to get a receipt for those pants and they'd review video to see if I picked them up. That was a month ago. After calling multiple times I talked to Willow and Kathy today who told me "the guys" told them to give me half a store credit for my almost $180 pants. If this situation changes I'll update my review, but for now just know that if they lose your clothing you're at fault until proven otherwise and you won't be reimbursed for their mistake.

Recently moved and no longer have a washer/dryer. Been to a lot of laundromats this last year. This has to be the worst place ever. I couldn’t find one dryer that got hot in the area that WASN’T taken up by the 2 workers and their HUGE carts that blocked the entire isles (which are really small). I finally complained. I asked the attendant to feel how cold the door and clothes were after 3 quarters. She said that it wasn’t enough money to get them dry. I replied it was enough to see if the dryer was going to get hot. She just turned and walked away. I couldn’t carry a bunch of wet clothes somewhere else. It was THE MOST EXPENSIVE laundry cleaning trip ever. I have no idea why it’s getting such high reviews.

Recently more and more clothes of mine are "dry-cleaned" and when they returned to me they often still carry the stains. Usually they will re-do it but this time when I get to wear two of my pants they won't.

This is a functional laundromat. Unfortunately, the prices are higher than standard, the using the bathroom requires obtaining a key from the owner, and there is very limited seating for those who are waiting for their laundry to be done. The owner also yelled at my spouse for attempting to take a basket out of the store - we were just moving our laundry to the car, not stealing the basket - and I believe that there was a more friendly way to have handled that situation. Bottom line: good in a pinch, but look elsewhere if you have the time.

Super nice on the phone but don’t deliver. Took my credit card and were supposed to text my son to arrange pick up. He never heard from them. I called them back and they were supposed to call me back again, but I never heard from them. Disappointing especially since they took my credit card information.

I don't ever review things, but wanted to ensure that Flip's dry cleaning services got the praise they deserved. When I brought my three suits in, they took it in no problem. Sheila (I think) was extremely kind and ensured that I would get my suits the next day as I needed them for business. The next day, being paranoid and not yet receiving a text, I called to ensure my suits were ready. She immediately remembered me and told me she told the guy that these suits must take priority and that they were ready. When I arrived she remembered me again and had my suits. Three suits in around 24 hours - that's insanely quick! All three suits are clean and crisp. I highly recommend Flip's for your dry cleaning needs!

Under new ownership, and new name, the newly renovated laundromat is outstanding! Clean, bright, and safe it's far and above the best in Bloomington. The study nook is perfect for students with 4 private desks, and they offer green dry cleaning. If you've got laundry, and you do, Flip is the place to do it!

Literally the best dry cleaning experience I've ever had!! I took in my ASU (military dress uniform) in on a Thursday night, and I needed it by Saturday morning. Not only did they have my uniform done by early Friday afternoon, but they also charged me $10 less than they originally quoted me!

Not possible reliably to contact the store or pickup cleaning. Staff leaves the store unintended without notice: no note on the door, nothing. The only contact number goes to the empty store. No one can count on picking clothes when they are supposedly available for pickup. Laundry looks clean and new, but dry cleaning is a risk because there is no way to know if/when pick is possible.
