The washing machine I was using quit working before it spun all the extra water out. There is nobody here to talk to you about an issue and the contact number while easy to utilize, it is pretty obnoxious that you have to call a third party to get any help. I'll stick with the better place in Angola.

Great price. All brand new equipment. Basic wash is $1 Monday thru Friday. Was clean. Editing my review because it has become disgustingly filthy. Hasn't been cleaned in quite some time.

I've been going to this Laundromat since it reopened. Machines were all new and the place was clean - no attendant. It has been going downhill ever since. Many washers and dryers are always out of order and don't get fixed very timely. Now, more machines that are not working, than working. No matter what time you go, you'll have to wait for a washer just because so many are broken. Also many of the people that use it, don't clean up after themselves.

I come do my laundry here every week. We are a 6 person family so the $1 dbl washers are great. I know just how much im doing and i bring the quarters i need everytime. Last few times have been making me think about going else where. Today the dryer took all my quarters and reset itself...asking me to then put more money in. The lady working was watching me the whole time, the response I got was I seen what happend just call the 800# and get your money back. It was 75cents not a big deal at all...but there is a office correct, and a worker... They dont keep quarters somewhere to make up for the small things?? Strange. Instead she is too busy associating with friends. I have been here for 45 min now and she had been standing in one spot with cleaning supplies "chatting" Not impressed.

This laundry mat was the dirtiest place I have ever visited. Overflowing garbage cans, machines needed to be wiped down, floor was dirty and stuff on floor. The pricing was reasonable and the dryers cost .25 for 8 min and my stuff was dry in less than 16 min. The rolling carts are scarce and I was very upset when someone took my stuff out of one while I was standing outside. I appreciated it when another customer gave me his dryer with 4 minutes left on the timer...My experience is mixed .. I used a double washer and 1 dryer and it cost me 2.50 total and I was in and out of there in 1 hour my clothes were clean and dry.

Oh this place is awesome for doing laundry throughout the week for 1.00...But there's no attendant on duty and a lady came out of the restroom complaining about kids putting food in the sink. Well I went into the same restroom after she did and there was a mature bed bug crawling on the floor. There was one one there to report it to. So if there's one bed bug and it's mature. That means that the place is infested with them and they need to be reported to the health dept.

I use laundry mat only for my oversized comforters. I would never use this place on a weekly basis. Floors are nasty!! People need to clean up after themselves. Don't throw your used dryer sheets On the floor! People that use this place all the time are making it gross!!

Most of the machines are always down along with the chamge machine. And there are usually so many people that the few machines that do work are taken. Dont waste your time. Go somewhere else!

Use to be nice but lately half washers are out of order. I have clothes stuck in washer and calling number on machine wash no help at all.they just said tech would be out but no time given. It has been 11 hours and nothing. Bad customer service.

Prices are not bad if you can get a machine that isn't "out of order". More than half of the machines are not working and the change machine is also not working. That was a major problem for us. Was not the cleanest place or the dirtiest but there is a lack of options in Auburn.

There was an employee or owner there. She acted like a laundromat cop. The place was horribly hot! Turn on some fans or an a/c. In place of looking at everyone and doing nothing. Mop the floor. It sure needs it...

This place deserves 5 stars as their washer and dryers are very nice. But there is no attendant to keep things clean. Apparently the people of Auburn don't clean up after themselves. Which is really sad. There is no change machine and no snack or soda machine. Idk how much it cost to buy their laundry soaps or fabric softener as there isn't a price on the machine.
