Today was the first&LAST time I will visit Brownsburg Laundry&Tan!I was not impressed at all...actually I was very DISAPPOINTED!Yes,there was an attentend on duty but NO,she did NOT have any concerns for the customers!There were numerous washers which were not working properly,1 actually took my money&when we informed her,she could've cared less!I told her there should be "Out of Order" signs on them,when she informed us:Well,there was But my Boss took the signs down.Really?!If they are broken,why take the signs down?!When I asked about getting a refund for the $$ the washer took she told me she would give me the $$ back(a whole $1.50,not that big of a deal),but she NEVER did&I was in the store for an hour.The 2nd. Machine wouldn't take any quarters&her response:Well it depends on the machine,sometimes it will take certain customers quarters&Not others&it depends on the person using the machine!What?!How are my quarters different from anyone else's?By this time I was frustrated but all I could do was bite my tongue.She NEVER made eye contact,was constantly on her phone or on the computer&didn't speak to any other customers unless they were there to tan.Definitely not good customer service.I work in retail/customer service&I would NEVER treat any of my customers as rudely as she treated everyone in the store.I will be calling management tomorrow to report this incident.I DO NOT recommend this establishment to anyone,unless you want to use broken machines,have your money taken,given the cold shoulder&treated like you aren't "good enough of a person" just because you are there solely to do laundry¬ there to tan.Very dissatisfied with the service.
