I happened to be cruising through Salem Illinois this past Friday and stopped into the new coin laundry that you just finished! Clean, bright, cheery...love the giant washers and especially love the green accents! I am also impressed with the credit card reader machines as it makes doing laundry a breeze! I had an garment get messed up at their Champaign location. Hermes Management completely fumbled handling the situation. They didn't relay the information properly from Champaign to the management, denied responsibility, then replied to my email via letter (??), the entire time I had to track them because they wouldn't communicate. They compensated me partially for the blob on a Filson jacket after their first check never made it to my mailbox.

Really disappointed in this company's customer service - didn't seem to understand why I was upset, was cold to me on the phone, and in the end never called me back. Does not put the customer first. I do not recommend their dry cleaner locations..
