They make dropping off and picking up so easy! Just one click online and you are ready to go. They do a great job with cleaning my suits and they come back neatly organized in a nice garment bag. They have a quick turn around and even text you when they have completed your order. They are also very responsive to any questions I have.

When I gave Greener Cleaner a heavily stained suede skirt, I was not expecting a miracle. However, when I picked my skirt up today I was astounded! The skirt looks amazing. And while it’s not 100% how it was before I got olive oil all over it, I can tell they took time and great care in doing what they can to save my skirt while maintaining the integrity of the suede. Thank you so much my skirt looks beautiful again :)

One of the best services I've used. They set up a time to come pick up at my office and have the option to come two days a week. Everything gets picked up and dropped off so there is very little hassle. Prices are reasonable too. Would highly recommend using.

I recently moved into the area and was looking for a dry cleaner that would be open until at least 7pm. Greener Cleaner on Broadway fit the bill and when I came in to get more information the woman working the register, Denise was friendly and more than happy to answer all of my questions and give me a rundown of the services provided. Edit: still using Greener Cleaner as of October. Great service. Once there was a mix up with one item not being ready at the same time as the rest of my order and customer service was very responsive and tracked the missing item and had it ready the next morning. Denise is still awesome and a large reason I still come here!

Ok full disclosure: I'm the owner of this business, so I'm a bit biased ;) So of course I'm going to tell you about how our clothes come back cleaner, brighter, softer, and totally odor free. But I also wanted to say one more thing: beware! There is growing trend in our industry of Greenwashing. What's that? It's defined as "disinformation disseminated by an organization so as to present an environmentally responsible public image." The truth is, most of the cleaners out there use the terms "Organic", or "Green", or "Eco" in their names, are not truly green at all, and are using harsh petrochemicals to clean. So be careful and always ask questions! If your cleaner doesn't know what kind of cleaning products they use, stay away!

I wasn't very hopeful when I brought in two garments covered in cat urine -- one needed to be laundered and the other required dry cleaning. Greener Clearner cautioned me that they probably wouldn't be able to clean them, but said they would try. I got back two immaculately cleaned items -- they were spotless and, more importantly, they were odorless. Great work!

My go to dry cleaners for the last 6 months. Prior place lost 2 pairs of slacks and gave me hell for kicking in replacement cost. Made sure of their policies before I used Greener. I could not be happier have had no reason for reimbursement because they have not lost a single article of my clothing. More than can be said about the last TWO cleaners I used.

I had a special leather cleaning order. I received a note with my order stating that due to the way the garment was constructed, cleaning it could cause it to become misshapen and look more discolored. It would have been good to know this before I okayed the cleaning. I was only informed of what the approximate cost would be. There was no discount available either.

Recently I took winter bedding, including a very heavy, multi colored, full / queen quilt to Greener Cleaners, I picked the order up a few days ago. To say I was stunned is an understatement. I had previously washed the quilt myself, but felt due to it's weight, it was hard on a regular sized washing machine, so took the quilt to Greener Cleaner, but kept the matching shams to wash myself. When I picked the quilt up, I couldn't believe my eyes, it was so bright and beautiful, much nicer than the shams I washed. I couldn't believe the difference, but likely their commercial sized washing machines, combined with the eco-friendly cleaning solution they use, made all the difference. I couldn't be happier with the result. In addition to the bedding looking absolutely beautiful, is knowing the process they use is not polluting our precious environment with toxins, nor is it necessary for us to sleep on or wear clothing subjected to toxic cleaning methods. Thank you Greener Cleaner for protecting our environment every day. Shawnaa is the best! Whenever I see her there I know our order will be properly cared for and she always finds the random items that were left in our order. She is so friendly and professional and she is one of the major reasons we continue to use this cleaner. We also love that they use less plastic than other places and that the cleaning agents are not harmful.

The first time I used this service, the tag somehow was detached from my bag and my items weren’t returned to me until I reported that I hadn’t received them and described them to the owner. Mike was responsive and helpful and got them back to me almost immediately, at no cost. However, I noticed a couple t shirts missing and noticed Mike- he gave me another credit. I decided to overlook this because I was impressed with how Mike had handled and rectified the situation and decided to give them another try. I had company coming and needed sheets and towels washed. Today they told me my items were delivered, only for me to be told by the front desk at my building that they were never delivered. I’m now stuck here with no linens, no answer from greener cleaners other than “we’ll ask the driver tomorrow” and not more than an insincere “sorry.” Long story short, if you need your items guaranteed back to you, or on time, don’t use Greener Cleaners. I’d be terrified to use them again and just want them to return my items. I’ll return to using Rinse, which I never had a problem with. Wanted to give a local business a try, but they clearly aren’t prepared for these orders and just don’t have the infrastructure to do it. Go somewhere else!

I had registered online on a Saturday morning, also I had included that the service had to be asap before I went out of town. I clicked submit and about an hour later I had received a phone call. The owner wanted to help me out with scheduling a laundry pickup date & time. The Pickup of my dirty laundry... painless. A day later I knew my laundry was being delivered to my front door between 8a-Noon, so I chilled out near or at my place. I was down the block grocery shopping and I had gotten a call... laundry's arriving shortly!!!! I told the delivery guy to leave the bag next to my door. I came home moments later to discover a big neon lime green bag was in my hallway outside my door. I opened it... BOOM! MY laundry was clean & folded! The entire operation is FLAWLESS. *Hi-five Mike!* I RECOMMEND using Greener Cleaner

Great Service Above & Beyond! I was a bit outside of the normal delivery zones and these guys went out of their way to get me on the route and delivery my items for free! Love it! Thanks also for the garment bag/laundry bag and the Coat was cleaned and good as new! Really loved the convenience! The staff is so friendly at the Uptown location. Makes a routine errand fun! My clothes always come back exactly as I asked. How to get to 5 stars: I have a pet with stomach problems, so the giant duvet and cover need cleaning often. It is expensive, which I am willing to spend for less-toxic processing, but sometimes they come back not completely clean. They were gracious to provide a "redo" which of course was not charged. I am hopeful with additional encouragement, they can meet my expectations on these large, expensive items.
