This Laundry is classified in the category of Laundromat.
Even though I loved coming here( since it open up back when it was Scrub a Dub) , the washers suck. Not enough water for the clothes to wash. I had no other option but to wash my clothes elsewhere.
LAURA LA ENKARGADA D LA MAÑANA ES UNA PERSONA MARAVILLOSA ,AMABLE, SERVICIAL❤
This place is a bit expensive and the dryers require several quuaters to dry well. On the other hand, I noticed they are upgrading the machines so I'll go back to hopefully change my review.

Happy to have this in walking distance. Prices are slightly below average and the staff keeps the place very clean. Easy to throw your load in and do some shopping at Walgreens across the street.

Hay lavadoras y secadoras que no las an reparado por meses y uno tiene que esperar por una secadora por lo mismo que algunas no están en servicio.
It's clean and most of the machines machiens work, which is what matters, but there's no lint traps so the lint just collects in the dryers and it's nasty
Clothes got clean.... That's a win, right?
Awesome staff
The wifi was down while I was there, but the staff is friendly and the machines work well.
Nice, clean
Really nice. But does get crowded at times.
Mi lavanderia preferida
I visited your location today at 550 ish pm. As I started my machines I notice that the first water cycle was cut short right after it hit the 5 sec mark. I immediately seeked out the attendant to help with the issue. He was there when I started the second machine and the same thing happen. At that point he proceeded to call the manager and got no response from him. I told him that I was short on time and needed this fixed. I couldn't stay here late since I had to pick up my husband so I can pick up my father in law from the airport. He suggested to move it to another machine that he had 'control of'. And the same thing happen again. At that point three faulty machines in, I had it I told him that I needed to leave since almost an hour had passed and the machines didn't stop and had little water in them and were not working. He told me he couldn't refund me the money and he couldnt get in touch with anyone including the manager. He also told me that he was new to the role. I am currently furious and out of money for three 15 quarter machines that we're faulty. He even told me that it was weird that all the machines I was using we're having the same issue. I told him start another machine in another column and see the result. And guess what the same thing happen, it would start cut off the water into 5 secs in and stay with the same level of water and skip cycles. I am furious that he could only offer me to use and wait for another faulty machine so my clothes can get somewhat clean. My complain is why put a new person in charge by themselves, have no response from the other employees and the manager after multiple calls and no solution but to be out of money and leave with soaking wet clothes in plastic bags. That business practices is unacceptable. I demand reparations for this issue. And may I add I also am out of soap due to this technical issue you're machines were having. He also told me that no one complain about it before which I took offense to it and told him I can't vouch for how other people clean thier clothes but I like my clothes to be clean right by using both cycles to soap them in. His name is Salvador from what he told me. I also called another location on Fullerton and spoke with a Martha and she also told me that they couldn't do anything and could not get in contact with anyone. I would like to know how you can fix this huge issue and why is there no response between staff members. With this experience, I feel like my loyalty to this place is completely done considering that I been coming here as a customer for 2 decades.
This review is for the laundry drop off service, not laundromat as a whole - it actually seems like a nice laundromat if you are washing clothes yourself. My husband and I dropped off our clothes and when the attendant asked if we had any special instructions I said, yes, there are three mesh delicates bags in there that should NOT be put in the dryer. They are large bags so they are pretty obvious. She had already pulled up my husband’s account on their iPad screen and she was typing something and nodding and saying, “yep, understood!”, so I assumed she was typing the special instruction onto our account notes or something. Low and behold, we get our clothes back and the mesh bags have been emptied of their contents and folded along with the rest of the clothes. I thought, well, maybe they hang dried the items (4 dresses, 1 bra and 1 bralette)...but no. I tried them all on and all four of my dresses are a size smaller and about 4 inches shorter. And one of them has some obvious dye transfer from another garment, and another is missing a button. Three of the four dresses were purchased in the last month and each only worn once or twice, so I’m pretty frustrated as they are now unwearable and I’m out a good $150 for them. My bra also has some fraying on the edges and weird marks on one of the cups. Good bras are expensive as heck already and who puts a bra in the dryer?!? Every woman in the world knows you don’t dry your bras if you want them to last. Long story short, don’t use this service for anything beyond standard laundry. Even a very simple special instruction was not followed. This would be a one star review, BUT they did use fragrance free soap as requested, which I appreciated, and they hung my husband’s button-up shirts on hangers which is nice.
Clean laundry
My favorite place in the neighborhood to do laundry.
Close to public transportation. The machines are clean. Dryers work perfectly.

Washers and dryers work perfectly, I wish there were more seating. My wallet was also stolen while I was in this location - just wish the staff were more present and paid attention to these things.
The owner and manager are very professional people they make you feel right at home
So the washers are fine I guess. Kind of overpriced for the area. They tempt you with $.25 drying, but it takes four times to actually dry a large load so it's actually more like $6.50 to wash and $1 to dry...
Very clean facility with modern wahers reasonable prices.
Wash and dry great spot
Nice an clean lots of seating
I've been here 3 or 4 times a month since I moved into the neighborhood 3 months ago and I have never had a complaint. All of the machines are in working order. The facilities are clean and maintained. The staff is kind and helpful. There are stocked vending machines and fun video games. And to kill time while waiting, there's a Walgreens on one corner, a nice pawn shop caddie corner and an amazing Puerto Rican short order stop opposite.
