We had rats in our attic and we occasionally saw roaches/ants. Ranger did a thorough check for where the rats were getting in, closed all of those entrances, and they left 10 traps; plus they sprayed for insects. Reasonably priced, did the work on time, and 4 weeks later we haven't heard rats or seen other pests.

The exterminator explained everything he was doing every step of the way and the science behind the heat and silica powder treatment. He spent several hours with us and the treatment prices were reasonable compared to the competition. He even treated my luggage at no additional charge. I am so happy I called them and hope I will not have to take advantage of their 6 month guarantee, but I'm glad it's there if I need it.
