Amazing experience! Friendly prompt service. I had a whopping 150 lb. Wash and fold order that they picked up and dropped off within a couple days. I've used a couple other companies but not as impressed as I was with their customer service.

In a word: amazed. There were hiccups in my original pick up but Brent and Salvador worked to ensure my order was delivered on schedule, as I'd planned. I travel for work and when I'm in Chicago, I keep a really tight schedule. I was floored when Salvador arrived and dropped off my perfectly wash, dried, folded, and BUNDLED laundry within my requested window. Hello to the newest must have item in the budget!

Pickups and drop-offs go smoothly. Salvador is friendly and goes out of his way to make sure your laundry is safe. Brent is responsive and accommodating to requests, reschedules, and general questions. I would recommend for your everyday needs!

I've had nothing but great experiences with these folks. They did send me some other fat lady's clothes (me being the original fat lady :) but otherwise their service has been sterling. They've never been late or failed to show up for pick-up or delivery.
