Did a wonderful cleaning on my carpeting and my couch. Very prompt and courteous service, and it was reasonable. It dried really quick and was not wet, like it had been in the pass when another company did it. I tried Chem dry because all of their products were safe for my family and pets.

Jim came in and I gave him a very challenging job. My dog had been very sick and the carpet hadn't had a good cleaning in a couple of years. He took his time, described problem areas that needed extra care and got permission to proceed, I was aware of the price upfront, and he was very professional. The house smells wonderful. I would not hesitate to recommend this service over conventional cleaning services. Having less water saturating my carpets, and the faster dry time is awesome. He did a great job on a very old and dirty couch. I am very pleased! Thank you, Chem-Driy of La Salle County!

The carpet looks almost as good as they did when they were put in. It seemed to take longer than what I thought it should, but for what they did while they were here I see why. I will use them again in the future.And it dried so fast!

I used another company about 6 months before I called chem dry.That company touted no hoses? When chem dry cleaned my carpeting and sucked out the dirt I could not believe what came out. he showed me the water that came out and it was black, so that tells me that the previous company did not remove the dirt, it was just hidden deep in the carpet.The spots that reappeared shortly after the first cleaning, are now all gone. The carpet was completely dry in about 2 hours, AWESOME!!

Jim is the best!!!! I have a new business in town and I have had him come every spring since we opened up to keep our office carpet looking like new. He also gave us a spot cleaner to keep spills from looking bad. He comes at closing time and everything is ready the next morning when we come in. I highly recommend Chem Dry of La Salle!!!!
