Don’t come here! I took in my sheepskin and nothing was done. It’s Not even clean not does it show signs of ever being cleaned!!! Do not come here!

I went in to get my suit jacket hemmed just 1 inch on the sleeves and it took over three weeks to get it back and still cost me over $30. They never called me to let me know it was ready. I had to keep calling and dropping in. They did not have the suit ready by the day they said it would be done, and no discount was offered or apology for the inconvenience. I would not suggest going here. Find someone in your neighborhood that knows how to hem clothes and pay them. You’ll probably have it done faster and cheaper.

I've brought my clothes here around half a dozen times. In every instance they've come back clean and in the timeline they promised. When having alterations done they send your clothes off site to a tailor, which takes a while but they are up front about the lengthened timeline.

I took a $1200 Italian suit to be cleaned a few months back and they scorched the suit coat. When I went back with the coat they denied that they had done it and the manager was hiding behind the wall and would not talk to me. The young lady at the counter just smiled and said sorry. I will never return to this company, nor would I refer anyone to them

I've been here before and they seem to do a good job cleaning my suits, however the customer service is down right awful. I'm not kidding. I went in and the kid looked annoyed that I came in right after a lady dropped off a pile of clothes. Without saying anything he said, "Name" so I gave it to him "been here before?" he asks. I reply that I had been. He proceeds to print off the ticket and hand it to me and expected me to leave afterwards. I tried calling in asking for a manager and all I was told was that there was no manager to speak to and that was it. I hope the manager is looking at what the community is saying. I'll be looking elsewhere for my future cleaning needs.

Worse experience ever. Horrible customer service! Took wedding dress in came back with cat hair and lint all over it. Refused to do anything about. Argued that I brought the cat hair in with me. They are supposed to clean it why did it come back dirtier than when I brought it in. DO NOT GO THERE!

Dropped my tweed off for dry cleaning on Saturday with enureses that they would be done following Thursday. My wife drives there only to find out that my tweed was still in IF. Had been delayed but no one bothered to call and tell us so my wife wouldn’t have to drive 45min for nothing. She then drove to IF herself only to find that my tweed had not been cleaned properly. Still stains on them. A couple of days later a girl phoned me up and has the audacity to try to charge me for this appalling service. Absolutely breathtaking how they are still in business.

I’m going to go 3 stars and here’s why. I had a one inch seam open on dress pants that I needed stitched. It took 3 WEEKS. In my experience with cleaners something like that should take 3 days. Other than that the service was good and the work as well. Just took way to long.

DONT GO TO TETON CLEANERS! BAD EMPLOYEES! GO TO D&L CLEANERS INSTEAD!Told to go pick up my pants on Friday, get there to pick them up and the lady behind the desk went to the back (to check on my pants to see they weren't done) she lied and told me they had already been sent down to Idaho falls, why were they sent to Idaho falls?!!! She told me they would be done the following Monday. I called them up on Monday to see if they had arrived and the lady checked on them to tell me that they were just sent down to Idaho Falls! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! I DONT EXPECT TO BE LIED TO ESPECIALLY IN AN LDS COMMUNITY! message to the owner of Teton dry cleaners: Your workers haven't been trained properly and are being dishonest. I wouldn't be surprised if they take money from the cash registers either! You are losing business fast! Wake up and employ people who take their jobs seriously you're business is suffering because of it. I hope this is food for thought Teton dry cleaner owner.......
