I've been a Carpet Care customer for many years and used their sevices from window cleaning, carpet cleaning and hanging Christmas lights. Every service has been expertly done to my satisfaction each time. My last carpet cleaning was done as a gift when my sweet little dog won the Cutest Pet contest this month. Everything was handled with just as much care and professionalism as always and my dog was even presented with a special basket of goodies just for her! My questions regarding the steam process were professionally answered to my satisfaction and we were given new information. We also use these folks for our business as they are efficient and protective of our corners and other (house-hold, too) furnishings. They check to be sure I understand the protocol I am signing up for and that I need the service I am choosing.
