Had the pleasure of working with Jared and Britten from SERVPRO on a possible water leak/damage. Instead of trying to get me to make unnecessary repairs, they advised that nothing needed to be addressed. Honest, friendly and very Professional.

Britten Hafen was on time, very professional, quick and a complete pleasure. My dishwasher broke and flooded into the living room carpet. We cleaned it but had them come check for mold. Once she arrived she took care of everything, I didn't have to do anything after that. Next time I will call them quicker and just have them take care of everything!

Don't waste your time with this company. It's been two weeks now, and I still haven't got a call back with a quote. I contacted them three times trying to get an update with no success. Sunrise restoration gave me an inspection, estimate, and date within two hours of calling.

We are very appreciative of ServPro and all of their crews. They are responsive and communicated with us every step of the way. Carlos and Josafat worked on the drywall repair and I would venture to say that it is the best drywall texture we have seen in a repair! They also trained our maintenance team to be able to detect water leaks behind the walls and use the hygrometer to get a reading. We will use them again!

Unbelievably expensive and poor service! I called servpro for a sewer backup on a Sunday and was told someone would be in contact in less than an hour. After four tense hours of my tenants freaking out and the problem worsening and I called again, and this time someone finally came by a while later. They removed the pad (I was trying to save the carpet) and left some equipment and were on their way without even cleaning up the sewage! They came by for 15 minutes each of the following two days to check the equipment and scared my tenants trying to sell their services! Finally I found someone else to clean it up and told them to get their equipment and get out. What would be a reasonable amount to pay for these "services?" I expected a few hundred dollars for 3 hours of work, but got a bill for almost $1,000! When I called to try and reason with them, I was told that's what it cost according to some estimating program. Use some sense! They even tried to turn it on me because I wouldn't let them complete their "usual procedures." Thank goodness I didn't or I'd have a ripped apart basement and a bill in the thousands I'm sure. Also the person who actually cleaned it did much more for less than half the price of servpro. Never again. As I send off my bill today, I can only hope to save someone else the horribly expensive lesson I have learned.

Upon returning from SOCAL on the 27th of August, we found our basement flooded. We called Farmers Insurance and told them what happened and they in turn called Servpro and they had two men at our home within an hour. They worked till past 2am attempting to get as much water removed as possible. Zach, the team leader said that another team would be back in several hours to continue the clean up. By 8am Carlos and his crew arrived and continued the water removal process and begin the drying out process. Between Zach’s crew and Carlo’s crew the basement was dried and prepared for the restoration process. These two young men were not only very efficient, but very helpful in explaining everything thing that was happening, and also what the whole process would entail.
