We called ServiceMaster after our refrigerator leaked causing damage to our cabinets and wood flooring. They were quick to respond to our needs and help us develop a game plan. Dustin and Josh removed some cabinetry and flooring and installed a dehumidified. They were very professional and did the work with minimal damage to the surrounding areas. We would highly recommend their services!

Early May 2018 we had a severe hail storm in our area. Damage to the siding and vinyl fencing occurred. When I called ServiceMaster I assumed it would be a couple of days, if not weeks, to get an estimate. Alma, the owner, came out the same day I called and was able to give me an estimate to replace the damaged siding and fence. Long story short, the damaged siding and fencing has been replaced and you can't tell there was ever any problem! Their customer service was exceptional. Alma helped me review my insurance estimate to understand it better. The workers who came out to do the job were very friendly. Since they came during the day my wife was the primary person who dealt with them and she said they were very nice and felt comfortable with them being around. If you ever have a disaster big or small, I would highly recommend seeing what ServiceMaster can do for you!

They had the worst service I've ever seen in my life they ruined multiple items in my home the Compensation was badd the supervisor only entered my home one time in 30 days and it took the contractors 30 days to complete 1 room which looks terrible and is completely destroyed the supervisor avoided my calls at all cost I would not recommend them too anyone it cost me a numerous amount of money to fix the damage they caused and 2 unreplacable items came up missing from my home while they had access

Wow , what great service!! Major flood in my office and your people called everyone out. All were very kind and patient with me, found who the ditch rider was, spoke several times with the insurance company and called the City of Blackfoot. Everything was brought up from downstairs , dried off or treated several things and made several trips to the dump. Jeff in particular was wonderful. You made my disaster much easier to handle.. Good review went bad after evaluating. I had to wait months to get our dry cleaned and washed apparel back. They didnt even offer to take it until my insurance claim said they are responsible for cleaning it as part of the claim. They left without saying anything to me for 3 days straight. I had go down and ask them what was going on to get any explanation on the rebuild. Then 1.5 later I get a email saying I owe on a bill. In the email is a wrong statement that belongs to a customer who isn't me! Their own collection manager sent out wrong email and statement with the customers info. Very unprofessional! This whole process was very difficult from start to finish. Took months to finish a job. So many delay and extra charge in carpet which I didnt agree to and still had to pay. Never do it again. Cheaper to just fix the issues yourself and dont even try to get insurance or their "recommended' company involved. .

We had a water pipe start leaking and when I called they were right there to start the cleanup. The technician explained each step of the pdoceedure. He removed the minimum amount of wall board and baseboards. He then punched a few holes ar the bottom of the wall so he could air flow through the interior of the wall to dry it out. Once the equipment was start he returned each day until they were dry. Very nice job!

We love Service Master! We own the Forrestt Payne Farmers Insurance Agency and we refer them out to those who may need restoration, or mitigation services. They have never disappointed us one bit. Alma and Trina are some of the nicest most down to earth people you will ever meet. We highly recommend them.

The service technician was amazing very kind and professional. You guys were easy to work with on insurance which was great, thank you the only hard part I had was getting a hold of somebody after the mitigation to find out what the next step was in the process. I would recommend your services to anybody who needed them

I will start with the good because there actually was some good to start with. ServiceMaster did a wonderful job on getting our water damaged area dried out. Shannon and Pete always kept us informed of when they would be by to work on the room. If we just had them do that then I would have given a 5/5. Now for the bad/atrocious, we had such a good impression from the cleanup that we had ServiceMaster do our rebuild. We were told that they should be done by a certain day so we scheduled our carpet install (separate company) on the following day. The lack of communication between everyone in the company delayed our carpet install. It took a week more than "expected" to finish. We paid extra to have all of the room and closet done (our flood only affected half the room). The rebuild tech only textured half of what was supposed to be done, thus changing our carpet install. It occurred over and over again with texturing to painting to broken promises to us and our daughter. I got so fed up with it that I didn't even have him come back to finish some areas that were missed in painting and just did it myself. ServiceMaster said they wouldn't charge us for the areas that were missed which I appreciated. When we received the bill a week later it wasn't as expected. They did remove that area of painting, but what it did was increase the labor minimum. What effectively has happened was we were not charged for some of the materials, but we had to pay for the man hours to do it. The materials are not what the problem was, it was the man who supposedly was putting in the hours. I will pay the remaining balance on our bill and never go through ServiceMaster again. It was such a fight getting the rebuild done, we never knew when the guy was in our house because he would never call/text us before going in. All ServiceMaster did was blame the problem on the employee and said that they have had a problem with him for a couple of weeks. They asked if it would be okay if the area guy called so I could give him my opinion...that has been more than a week and a half and I haven't heard from anyone. In my opinion, ServiceMaster needs to figure out how to effectively communicate with everyone involved and most importantly they need to fulfill their promises to whom they are working for. I will never encourage friends or family to use their services. We were told it "would be easy because it's such a small job" to get done, but it was far from easy.
