Amazing customer service. Awesome washers (we were very amused with the jet engine sound), quality prices AND it was a very short visit because they washed and dried so fast. While I was able to get one larger load washed in 26 minutes, it also cost me nearly $10 to do it. Our washer stopped working and we were waiting for the repair company hired by our facility to come fix it. We needed clothes washed. This is not a cost efficient way to do your laundry. But if you are pressed for time it will do a good job at getting your clothes clean in a pinch (if you are willing to pay for it).

This place is amazing! Clean, fast, friendly and my clothes were neatly folded and wrapped. I will be back over and over again. They are life savers. Highly highly recommend their drop off service. So worth the money!!!

Nicest laundromat ever! Super clean and great machines!! I loved it. The only annoying thing is the worker was constantly telling me how to use the washers and dryers. I understand that she wanted to make sure it’s used properly, but after a while I started to feel insulted. Instead of constantly telling me what to do, maybe she should be trained to ask the customer if they need help. Not everyone wants to be babied over a washing machine. Other than that.... I loved it!!!!

I needed to wash a king sized comforter and needed a large washing machine. This laundromat is very clean and the machines are quite new. They have people working here that guide you through the process as they have a card you buy and you draw off that account.

It takes me 30 minutes to do a load of laundry because their machines are SUPER efficient. I love that I can get text notifications when my laundry is done, and they have wifi so I can do homework while doing laundry! The staff is super friendly and the atmosphere doesn’t feel like your usual laundromat :)

Staff is very helpful on your first visit for sure and take the time to carefully explain the process, the machine types, and help through the whole process. We liked it so much we have already been back again. The value is great because you do not have to wait for machines. You can do multiple loads in the larger machines. Even drying you can do multiple loads and the time saved is fantastic! Cant wait to try the drop off service soon too.

Super clean and very friendly staff. The cost can add up when washing for a large family, however, the process is extremely efficient. Minimum amount to add to a laundry card is $10, which works for us and keeps us coming back at the same time.

What an amazing experience!!! And yes, I am talking about laundry! Clean and wonderful, comfy chairs and great prices. I haven’t been to a laundromat in many, many years...and WOW have they changed. Taylor (staff) was soooo friendly and helpful. I am no longer going to spend days on end doing my laundry at home, some of the washers do up to 8 loads at once! The machines even text you when your load (wash and dry) is done so you can run errands! Walking distance to Albertson’s, Big Lots, Little Caesar’s (right next door). And leave your quarters at home, you can use a credit card or cash to load up your Rave card. Thank you so much, this was a tremendous find for me!

Easily one of the best laundry facilities in town! It's always clean, the machines are very nice, and you won't need to fumble around your change jar for quarters. You just need to purchase (for $1) a rechargeable NFC card the first time and recharge it as often as you need. There is also an attendant here all the time, so if you have any issues or questions you can ask them. All of the attendants I've met so far have been very friendly! I live in Boise, but I drive down to this place exclusively. I couldn't recommend it enough!

I have done a lot of traveling and I must admit I was impressed by this Laundromat. All of the machines were new and reasonably priced. The inside is very well kept with a staffmember onsite to assist with any needs. They also have a bathroom which isn't locked (hard to find at a launrdromat).

Super friendly service here. Not the cheapest place I’ve been to but the free WiFi and cleanliness was well worth the extra few cents I paid per load. Although I’m not used to using a card instead of coins I did like how easy it has made doing my laundry, no more trying to find a place that will give me $10 in quarters!

This was my first time ever using a laundromat and, I've got to say, I don't think I could have had a better experience! I felt so out of place and confused, but the manager took the time not only to tell me what to do and how, but SHOW me so I could SEE what to do as well. I dont think I've had any managerial figure take the time to help their customers like this in my life! Its a super easy process to get your reloadable card set up and ready to go, the largest washers can do 6 loads at a time, the facility was neat and tidy, all the other customers were polite and helpful to each other, it was just a really good experience, a good environment and I would reccomend Rave to everyone!

Went into do bedding after being bed ridden with a cold. Whilst loading more money on my card employee was assisting and that was just fine but there are dryers at my apartment complex and before I could make up my mind the employee tapped the touch screen and made up my mind for me. I had a schedule to keep so I said nothing until I came back and was about to leave then I was told I put the tide pod in the wrong place. Easy to get good and ratings when you are the newest laundrymat in the treasure valley.

Very helpful employees, very clean, fast and efficient! Washed and dried 2 large dog beds in 1/4 the time it would have taken at home and one machine fit both at the same time! They turned out spotless and fluffier than when brand new! For those who say it’s too expensive I’d say plan your visit to optimize use of washers. There are several sizes, so pay attention to which size you use! I was going to use 2 of the largest washers for the dog beds but attendant said to try to fit both in one, BAM! saved big bucks! Thanks! The experience here was great!

I came in because my washer had died this morning and I needed to wash my work scrubs quickly. That they succeeded in, but the service was not great and the charge for just a single work outfit was fairly ridiculous. I ended up paying 10 dollars, which is the minimum for a laundry card with credit card, and from that there was only 2.74 remaining... that I will never use because I won't be coming back. Misty, who I am sure was trying to help, kept pressing buttons for me without giving me an option. I needed detergent but all they had was tide, which I'm a bit allergic to. Before I had the chance to look and decide if I wanted to step over to one of the stores within the shopping center she had already pressed the button for it. She placed my card on the washer before I could see it was four dollars even for such a tiny load, she grabbed my card and put extra time on the dryer, which I wasn't even sure I needed... and, of course, she over explained everything without me asking for assistance beyond getting a card to start out. Overall the clothes got done, but the experience was terrible, the expense was not worth it, and I wish I had just gone to a friend's house even if it would have been a strain on time.

Nice place, clean. But I do have a suggestion. As I appreciate the customer service, it would be nice to get our clothes out of the machine before they run over to clean the machine. If the overwhelming urge to clean the machines while standing there taking our underwear out, could be backed up a little. I literally had panties in the machine as she was trying to clean it out . I dont really like anyone handling my.. panties.

I live in Kuna and after today will be coming back. Walked in and was greeted right away and was shown how to properly use the machines. New and updated machines throughout. This place was so clean. After pulling the clothes out of the washer, they are nearly half dry!! Off course this leads to quicker and more efficient drying. I was really hating how my clothes smelled burnt from the other places. I'm ok with the card, makes it easier than fumbling with quarters. Yes it's a $1.00, but that's just cost for the plastic. I don't think the prices are high at all. The smallest machine is a 2 load machine. 2 loads at other places would cost about $2.00 per load, give or take. But again... these are high end machines that are very well maintained. Very happy to have found this place and will be a regular!!

This place is amazing. No more lugging around quarters. I can get 3 comforters in their large washing machine, 2 standard pillows, throw pillows and stuffed animals in their medium and the dryers are huge. Plus notifications for when your machine is done. Huge place, clean and plenty of machines!! Be sure to talk to the attendant, super nice and super helpful.

Have you ever or still going to those laundromat that have old machines, and takes your coins away, won't start?? Or dryers that just won't dry your clothes so you have to put more coins to get it to dry ? What about those tight butt to butt isles to get your job done ?? Well folks, look no further to solve that problem cause at Rave Laundry, it's like walking into another dimension, where everything is unbelievably clean !!! With an outstanding greeter that's really attentive to her customers willing to help as she cleans the place up. Machines are coin free by using Rave Money card which is better to have and easy to use. And the best thing is, that you don't have to be there all day to wait for your clothes to be ready if you register that Money Card !! You get a text when it's done and that's it !! The inside building is big enough to hold a disco party without that Butt to Butt problem

I love not dealing with actual currency! Loading card is tons better. Also very clean , great attendants super huge front loaders ! $7.-$8.00 load but you can fit 4 loads into 1! I wash all my oversized comforter's there even the Down ones !

Love how modern it is. They don’t use quarters here. You buy a laundry card and upload money onto it and that’s how you do your laundry. So no need to bring a bag of quarters. They have staff that help you get set up. Very friendly and helpful and patient. They also do drop off. They have 8 load, 6 load, 3 load, and 2 load washer capacity’s. High efficient. And dryers to accommodate those loads properly. This a is a great place. I will be back!!

This is by far the cleanest most friendly laundromat around town. The associates are so nice and helpful. You know when you come in here your clothes are going to be cleaned. And you won't have to wonder how dirty the washer and dryers are from the person before you. Definitely recommend!

I know the place is new, but it is so well maintained! There was a gal cleaning and tending to the place throughout the duration of my visit. She was polite and friendly when I needed help. Staff was very friendly! The machines can work off card or cash because you have a "laundry card" you use to activate the machines. Which I love because I no longer have to run to the bank to get a roll of quarters before I come do laundry. I would highly reccomend!

Great staff, they help setup the card to get the machines going. We washed a large king size comforter in under an hour. The machines are smart and will even text you when they are done, so you don't have to stick around.

This place is EPIC!! The washers only take HALF AN HOUR!! It texts you when your laundry is finished, and we can dry 2 WEEKS WORTH of clothes ALL TOGETHER in half an hour. Talk about SUPER time saver. We drive from KUNA to come here because it’s so fast. If I did laundry in Kuna I’d be there 8 hrs. Love this place!! (Secretly hoping they open other locations!)

Yesterday was the first time I came here. First thing I must mention is how wonderfully helpful and friendly the employee Cindy was. She took the time to walk me through the process of how everything worked. She was very patient with all my questions. Thank you Cindy. The place is very clean and a comfortable space to be in. All the units are new and clean, and numerous size choices. I found the prices to be reasonable as well.

Not your typical coin OP laundry facility. This place is hands down the best laundromat I've ever been to. The place was easy to navigate, ultra clean and the attendant was friendly, polite and helpful. You can get a text message when your washer is finished... welcome to the future of self service laundry or drop it off and they'll do it.

Rave Laundry is a wonderful improvement in laundromats. It is new and clean. You do have to put money on a card to operate the machines which is a new feature. Parking is limited due to its location but the laundromat itself is worth it.

Absolutely amazing. Competitive pricing, brand new top of the line washers and dryers, comfortable chairs, extra quiet machines, and last but not least, no quarters. You get a reloadable laundry card. And they will even text you when your laundry is done. And there's wifi. Could this place get any better?

Expensive! And you are forced to use cards. The cards cost a $1. You put money on the card and use the cards on the machine. It's just a scheme to make extra cash. I will say the employees are very nice and helpful. The building is also very clean.

Large capacity washers and dryers clean better and faster. Card system is far more convenient than quarters. There is always an attendant on duty and the premises are always clean and well maintained.
