As a building manager of a two story building downtown Boise I needed several windows washed inside and out. After spending several days getting turned down by "professional" cleaners that they would not do the second story windows on my building. I then reached out to Poor Man Brian and he came by, gave me the scoop on how he would pressure wash and scrub the outside windows with a soft reverse osmosis water then clean the interior windows for me all for under what I had one company tell me they would do them for! I also bought the living social deal and am baffled that this company is even in existence based on it's poor customer service. I began calling and emailing in March to try and make an appointment to use this deal. When I finally got a hold of Brian in early May he told me that I needed to email him my address so he could schedule a time based on when he would be in the area. I emailed him my address and a map and had no response. After three weeks I called him again and made an appointment for June 6th around 11:00am. I waited at my home until 2pm making several calls to see if he was going to make it. I finally left a message asking him to call me back to reschedule, he did not. I decided to try again today June 20th. I spoke to Brian this morning at 9 am at which time he said he was in the car but would call me back within the hour. At 2:30pm I had not heard from him and decided to try again. When I called again and asked why he had no showed no called and no called our scheduled appointment he could provide no answer and only a vague apology at which time he informed me he couldn't make it back until late July. When I calmly stated that I was disappointed with his customer service and would expect someone who no showed and no called an appointment to come out ASAP to ameliorate the situation he raised his voice and became angry stating there was nothing he could do to come sooner. If his customer service is any reflection of how he cleans windows. I can only imagine they aren't much cleaner than when he does or possible does not arrive.

Poor Man services are top notch. I’ve had windows and screens cleaned and my house and gutters power washed. Brian’s expertise helped me understand that I had an artillery fungus that was on the mulch around my home below windows, emitting a sticky substance onto the windows and home. I was able to have the mulch removed and then Poor Man remediated the fungal issue. So Brian not only helped me have a beautiful and clean exterior, but a safe one too, since I have respiratory issues and can not afford to be breathing that type of fungus.
