Have been a loyal customer for years. Brought in a dress to get dry cleaned this week, the employee looked at it and said $10. This wasn’t a formal dress or anything special to raise the price. She showed the dress to someone else and that lady dropped the price $3. Either way I thought it was a little odd that they were just making up random prices. I’ve been a customer for so long and have never had them guesstimate prices. They should take a better look at the sign on their store to remember what the price is.

Pricing is good and turn around time is great. Drop off early before 9:00am and pick up after 5:00pm for dry-cleaning. In by 9:00am pick up next day after 5:00pm for laundry. Prices are affordable and the staff is always smiling and friendly.

Went in to have a few coats cleaned, picked the specific place due to reviews and the fact they clean leather. First, they said they don’t clean real leather, only synthetic or fake leather. I mentioned it states on their website that they do. Said nope, not something they do...we pointed out that it says it’s a service offered on their window signs, interior signs, and website and mentioned being disappointed by it, they didn’t offer any discounts or anything for the inconvenience. Then to top it off, the girl who rung us up couldn’t even get the totals correct and went to look at the reciepts 3 different times giving wrong totals before finally grabbing a calculator hat sat right next to them. Customer service wasn’t super and was disappointed they can’t even update all the many signs stating their services that aren’t offered.

I took in my wedding dress to be pressed and we what they could do about the staining at the bottom of the skirt without having to do any actual dry-cleaning. There was heavy beading on the bodice using many different materials and they weren't sure it was safe. They had very friendly staff and did their best for us to blow out as much of the staining on the bottom that they could. To be honest, I was cringing a little at how the guy was handling my wedding dress as we were talking about it; maybe he knows more about what wedding dresses can handle than I do... but it still made leave praying that it came back with all its beading and not more stains from letting the skirt keep dragging on the ground/ casually draping it over dirty counter surfaces and then putting his elbows on it while chatting with us. When we got the dress back, I was a little upset because it was very obvious that when they had pressed it they had allowed the interfacing on the underside lining of the skirt to be pressed into the silk along with it, leaving a big band of interfacing texture all the way around the middle of the skirt. Secondly, they pressed flat all of the folds and draping of the skirt that were designed to be full and poofy when worn. I think it was obvious they were simply doing the job mechanically without thinking much about the design and drape of the dress.

Usually I love this place. However, the past few times we've encountered higher prices and lower quality. We're diligent about pointing out spots that need to be treated before we leave and AFTER the cleaning they're still there. Also, the presses they use leave our clothes with a shimmer along the edges as well as any area that has a thicker area (ties that have the loop in the back),trim along collar of suits, zipper area of dresses. We've gone to cleaners MUCH closer and never had this issue (Usually it's the price) now though with prices continuing to go up and the quality of service clearly diminishing we have no reason to drive out of our way. Oh and just a suggestion....when a customer explains what has happened before there is NO need to exclaim it wasn't YOU we dealt with or that "messed" up, just double check your work!
