This place is awesome. Dropped off a quilt and they had it dry cleaned and ready the next day for a very reasonable price! Every other location was double the price and at least a week till finished. Highly recommended!

Pretty dated place with old machines and piping all over the place. Stuff everywhere. Staff was eating lunch sitting on the counter with feet up there too. The rest were sitting outside chain smoking cigarettes. It cleaned my clothes at a cheap price though. Central Boise location.

From the minute I went in there a staff member was glaring at me. Staff were standing in the way of the folding tables. I went to my chair to fold my laundry and the manager yelled at me to get out of the way of the door because I was blocking (customers) from walking in. For one thing, I was a customer, and staff were standing in the way of the folding tables. I told her maybe she could of asked nicely and instead of an apology, she said I just needed to find another laundromat. She got her wish I will definitely go somewhere else . customer service is terrible there and they are beyond rude. I know several people who need laundry service and I will make sure I tell them about that experience so they don't go there.

The staff is fantastically nice. I've been going here for 3 years. Occasionally I'd be missing a shirt or get home to realize I had someone else's clothes or dog mat. Always took the items back. Until recently when a unique and priceless jacket ($125) was ruined. I took it back in and the girls said the owner would call me. 2 weeks went by. I called in and happen to catch the owner. I asked about the jacket and he rudely hung up on me...so I went down there in person 10 min later and the owner Bruce had left. He also claimed he had given me the jacket back in perfect condition. After I claimed he hadn't done that, we found the jacket in the back! In the same condition. I asked what we could do to make it right and he cussed me out over the phone and said my business was no longer welcome and hung up on me again...unprofessional and pathetic.

Quick, friendly service. I have used the self-serve machines, and take my shirts for wash and press. Great quality at a very reasonable price for a one day turnaround. It's also very nice to find a local place with actual staff that can and want to help you.

ok..what can i say bout this laundertiria? CLEAN =bang☆ Hours of operation=bang☆Machine availability=bang☆STAFF!!=☆☆☆☆. always an attendant ( or 2 or 3 ) on duty...providing change , saving my whites from Gru..( when someone forgot clorox) smiling and always ready to watch over my comforters while i wonder over to RiteAid or Alb's or my bank MOUNTAIN WEST.. .conveniently located...thank u ladys..keep it up ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆

I've only done self service here. There are many industrial sized machines here. A large washer is $2.50 and the dryers are $0.25 for 7 minutes. There's enough seating, but it's not particularly comfortable. There aren't TVs or WiFi so bring something to keep yourself busy.

The ladies that work here are the best! Ashley greeted me when I walked in the door. I was there with my grandson and Ashley and Dawni were both so helpful. They helped entertain him while I sorted clothes. Dawni heated Ezrah's food and got more what I needed to feed him and clean him up. The place was clean and the machines were big and affordable. Great place!

The place was filthy. Many machines out of order. Smaller dryers on the back wall still leave clothes damp after 45 minutes. Only one table to fold laundry on. The parking lot had not been cleared of snow and slush. Will not go back.

Walked in to wash a giant king sized sleeping bag. Clearly had no clue what to do. Sweetest lady in the world (employee) took mercy on me, showed me exactly what to do, and didn't make me feel like an idiot for not knowing. :)

My first & LAST time using this business. Was quoted a price for a full sized comforter & When I picked it up I was charged over 40% more & told it was king size. Not true.... I think I know what size my bed is!!!

Might sound odd, saying i was nervous, but, because i have been literally assaulted and accosted, at those other so-called 4 star laundromats in town, i was beginning to think it was not safe in this cretinous town, to even get my clothes clean! But after getting my laundry done at norge, maybe now, i can feel safe, leaving the house, without my 6'6", 300 lb. husband. It was bittersweet; there have been so many violent, laundromat incidences, and the girls at norge were sooo kind and helpful, it's hard not to be nervous, waiting for the other shoe to drop. It's not right that i have to feel that way, just trying to get my clothes clean, but, after my experience at norge, i'm just really trying to simply enjoy people who actually know what customer service, and morality mean, and actually have souls and care about their customers' safety. I can tell they would never tolerate violence or foolishness; they were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, had great work ethic... they really seemed to care about people and their job- girls after my own heart. I hope that never changes and they never let the people in this town, (which is apparently saturated with violence, corruption and plain old ugliness), embitter them or steal their positivity. i have no clue how those other places are getting any good reviews, they probably create fake accounts, and straight lie, because not only were they terrible, violent and unsafe, but their managers don't seem to care if their customers live or die and certainly have no qualms about lying to the cops, when violent incidences occur on their property! How thoroughly soulless do you have to be to allow violent crimes in your business establishment go un-answered? Is it really so hard to take a stand against these low-lifes, and make it known you will not tolerate violence on your property? It's not a high bar to set, nevermind decent customer service. I mewn, can you at leaet just pretend to care if people can't even have enough peace of mind to get their clothes clean, without some maniacle freak inflicting damage to their person and property? Anyway, the washers at norge were a bit small, but the huge dryers more than made up for it; plus, my clothes got incredibly clean, even though i accidentally overloaded them a bit (not used to the smaller washers, wasn't sure how much to wash at once, sorry girls.

Very friendly staff- many different types of washers and dryers at varying and reasonable prices (from HE washers, to high capacity). There are also huge dryers that can dry your clothes much faster than other laundromats. It's open early, and there's free coffee- a great place to come and do laundry, or take your dry cleaning.

Best laundry place in Boise in my opinion that have the best prices! When i went in there for my first time they greeted me with a smile and got both my suits cleaned. they also to alterations and fixed my suit for extremely cheap i couldn't believe the price! I thought it was a mistake.

The others that have left more than a 1 star review for this place, I can't help but wonder what the condition of their house is in. I thought 16th street laundry was disgusting and fithly this place OMG, I don't believe this place has been cleaned in decades. I felt I walked into a hoarding situation. Dirty machines, water all over the place, dryers do not work well If you use their laundry service and think your clothes are getting clean and treated well, HA, think again. You really should think about sitting there and watching them. I've never seen washers filled so much, I'm surprised they could run with that much weight in them!! Someone could make a fortune opening a clean and reasonable laundry mat in inner city Boise. I will drive across town to do my laundry until construction on our house is finished. Just clean it!!!! #cleanlinessishappiness

I went to norge Dec 3, ALL MY SONS CLOTHES WERE STOLLEN!!!! gone across the street at riteaid pharmacy literally 15-20 min - dryer was set for 56 min came back and they were stolen. What was shocking after being upset in tears and having to tell my son his clothes were gone literally everything he owned the staff became angry at me for being upset I wasn't yelling, swearing just beside myself. The STAFF AND OWNER WRRE WERE EXTREMELY RUDE AND NASTY TOLD ME NOT TO COME BACK. Believe me I will never. We are new here and our washer was frozen. I was told after NORGE has a problem with theft. Wish I new sooner. I was told to go to the laundry facility on Broadway and boise ave cheaper and their staff would have handled it professionally and with kindness.
