I called Saturday morning and they came and cleaned it the same day,they even threw in an extra room. I had to work so I just left the money on the table and when I got back it looked amazing and they didn't steal or break anything which now days trust in a company is everything. A neighbor had her carpets cleaned by Medalist and was very pleased with the outcome. After using another company for several years, I decided to try Medalist and was not disappointed. John was on time and after assessing the carpets, knew exactly what needed to be done. He moved all the heavy furniture to clean and put them back in correct locations. The carpet and stairs look wonderful! My carpet is 17 years old and looks almost brand new (considering the age of carpet), especially the high traffic areas and stairs. There was some spots that wicked after drying but John is returning to treat those. I had wax on a wall and he had a steamer to remove it. The price was very reasonable and I would highly recommend Medalist. John is a very pleasant person who takes pride in his work and makes sure the job gets done!
