Had down comforters cleaned, they charged in excess of 45 dollars each the only reason I gave them one star was Iam stupid. There were a couple of areas where stains not removed. That happened more than a year ago. Then my wife forgot about the previous issue and took a down jacket to be cleaned, it had ballpoint ink stains, the stains were not removed, the charge was 15 dollars plus.

I have given this company every opportunity to resolve this with me in private to no avail. This was absolutely THE worst quality and service I've ever experienced. I have been trying to get a status on my now 2 week overdue dry cleaning order. No one has been able to give me answers as to where it is, what the hold up is, or how much longer it will take. I've contacted the staff at the store (in person and by phone) and the people at the plant - who a customer should not have to contact directly - with no results or follow through on their promise to "get back to me". I'm beginning to think my garment is ruined and no one wants to take responsibility. This lack of accountability is unacceptable, not only because I have had to find an alternate outfit for the earmarked event it was being cleaned for, but it was also part of a larger order which came back looking like it was pressed and hung by 6-year olds. The "MIA" piece was one I sent back for redo because it came back with dye on the collar that wasn't there when I first brought it in (it was brand new). Take your precious clothes elsewhere people. This company obviously does not take pride in what they do, or appreciate the business. I just moved to the area and decided to give them a try...first and last time.

This location has the worst Customer Service ever. I took a silk blouse in over 2 months ago and it came back ruined. There was a tag on it that said it needed to be wet cleaned and needed my signature (which they never got). I submitted everything for a claim and have had to call back multiple times and nobody will return my calls. The manager Tammy doesn't return calls and I even tried to Call Jim her supervisor and no one wants to take responsibility. It is an $80 blouse and they need to make it right! I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I have never had this kind of treatment anywhere. They have a total disregard for their customers. The store owner, where I bought the shirt said she had bad customer service at their Fairview location and won't be going back. I wish I had read the reviews before I went. They don't even deserve 1 star, unfortunately I couldn't complete the review without checking it.

Didnt meet their deadline. Stated orders were atleast a day behind. Needed clothes for wedding next day. Came back next day, they lost my pants hours before the wedding. Expected us to pay for service. Terrible customer service and incompetent employees.

the lady w. the weird eyebrows that she obviously shaves and then draws on is sooo rude. i’m surprised she’s allowed to still work here.... she’s older and brings around friends that are as obnoxious and rude as she is. will never be back. there’s better dry cleaners elsewhere y’all, go somewhere else!

Very poor service. They lost the pants to a wool suit. After 2.5 months, they have yet to produce the pants or any type of refund, but continue to give me excuses such as 'waiting for manager to get back' etc.
