A bit pricey, but management is quick to respond if a machine isn't working. I don't ever feel nervous don't my laundry here, it's a good atmosphere and people are very friendly and kind.

I have now been to both locations and, believe it or not, this location is even dirtier then the other. I will definitely be going to Idaho Falls just to do laundry!

Trashy. I always lose money at this place due to some faulty washer or dryer. I've left my name and number but never received a refund, let alone a reply! What a dump. I'm saving up for a washer now so i don't have to go back.

I come here all the time to wash comforters because they don't fit in my washer/ dryer. I have never had a problem fitting the oversize king comforters in the larger washers or dryers. I did have a problem once with a dryer that didn't work, so I always test the dryers with one quarter for the first few minutes before I put more quarters in. I have never had a problem with the internet, and the space is fairly clean and well-maintained.

I should have read the reviews. I came here to wash blankets since my washer at home is small. Most of the washers here are smaller and cost $2.25- $2.50 to run. Then there are two larger ones that would fit a thin king size comforter, but those cost $4.50. Then there's the giant one washer that indeed will wash a lot of clothes or even a thick king sized comforter. But that costs $6.50. That's just the washers. To dry these big comforters you'd have to go somewhere else because there's no way they'd fit in these dryers. They barely fit the thick twin sized comforters I brought to wash. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 star because the location is great, there's wifi and a nice bathroom. Just be prepared to pay a lot if you come here. I haven't been to other places in Rexburg, so I can't compare prices. But for these sized machines, I'd rather wash my blankets in my tub and save up for a real washing machine. I've been to dozens of laundry mats across the country and none of them were this well equipped with such small machines.

This place is a rip off, nice machines but not worth the price they ask. They want 2.50 to just wash your clothes, and more to dry them. Don’t ever go here unless you’re rich or desperate. I’d say just find a friend with a washer and dryer over spending all of your financial aid on cleaning your clothes.

Reviews were confusing with a lot of conflicting information and not much more on the website, so ill try and supplement what i can. Cost: washing machines are 2.25 for a regular, 2.75 for a power cycle. There are industrial size options for $4. Normal washers are still big and can fit a lot in and still do a good job. Theres a detergent dispencer with an option for bleach for .75 each. Dryers are also very large and for the most part, do a good job. Since some of them have periodic issues with door sensors, one quarter gets you 9 minutes, so if one doesnt work, you can always try another. They work really well, otherwise. Most apartment dryers can take upwards of an hour for heavier clothes, these took me 28 minutes, or 3 quarters. Even less for light cottons if its a smaller load. There are i believe 10 normal washers and 10 normal dryers, 3 industrial size washers and a few top loader options. The owners seemed to have kept an eye on reviews and adapted accordingly, left notes so you can reach them if anything doesnt work. The facility has wifi and a unisex bathroom and a decent waiting area. I decided to come here since my apartment is over crowded, so finding an open machine any time of day is difficult and machines at my complex are expensive anyways, so if you find yourself in the same situation i did, its worth the extra few quarters to have some space, know that your laundry is getting cleaned well, and gerting it done in a timely manner. Its a 24 hour facility, so i would recommend going later in the evening or night. TL;DR: usually around $3 a load, machines are good, go when its quiet, they have a bathroom, and bring a book.

Pretty good place to do laundry. Machines are fast and efficient, but a bit overpriced. The front door is really annoying and makes a loud squeak whenever opened or closed.

Magic Suds is great! It has honestly been our saving grace given that our apartment complex does not have washers and dryers in the apartments. It's really great that it's 24/7, so we can come do our laundry any time we want/can. We've never had any issues with people our anything of that sort. We did notice last year that one of the dryers seemed to leave grease looking spots on our clothes, so we make sure to avoid that one. Although it may have been fixed by now since that was a while ago. Overall, we've had no huge problems going to Magic Suds and are thankful that we have a way to do our laundry.

I can't believe the condition of the facility, the entire place smelt like urine, it was extremely dirty, the floor, machines, and bathroom were all disgusting. The trash cans were all full and smelt bad. The only reason this place is still in business is because they have no other competition in Rexburg. The only reason I had to come here was because my dryer was broken, but honestly I would rather line dry all my clothes then return to this laundromat.

This location is better than last year but it is still well below what I expect from a laundromat. Machines broken, at least 50% more expensive than others around the country, too little folding space & only two baskets. Being the only game in town shouldn't be an excuse for a shoddy establishment.

The machines were insanely overpriced and they did not work. My clothes came out exactly the same way they were put in except a tiny bit wetter. We had to pay for the dryer 3 extra times because it didn’t dry our clothes. They still weren’t dried. We came home and hung them up in our house instead of wasting any more money in that horrid place:
