Anthony was referred by a friend, turns out she was given a steep discount in exchange for a favorable review. Several of our upper windows were left with brush marks, missed spots, a "haze" on the windows around the front door, dirty water left in the window sills, and screens that were wiped with a micro fiber cloth because chemicals "could ruin the color." (By the way, micro fiber cloths, do NOT remotely come close to cleaning the screens.) When asked about the "haze" they wondered if we had painted recently as it can cause a type of vapor haze. We did have the house painted BUT I was able to get most of the marks on the lower windows off, and wouldn't the "haze" be on ALL of our windows? I let them know about the issues with the windows, in particular the upper windows that would be difficult for us to get to. After leaving a text and voice mail with no response (which was surprising as before getting my business they responded instantly.) I texted again letting him know I assumed his lack of response meant he didn't stand by his work. THAT time he contacted me immediately and said they did stand by their work and would take care of our problem areas. About a week later he texted asking if they could touch up soon, being vague about whether it would be later that day or the next. Those days came and went, I haven't heard from him since.
