After looking around the web for a carpet cleaner, we decided to have Go Green come out for a free estimate. Michael was extremely friendly & easy to get along with. We trusted him right away. He gave us a "ball park" estimate, not wanting to be too low once we got all the furniture moved. He called us early on the day he was supposed to come clean, but that worked great because we were ready! They started right away and he was done in almost an hour. He offered us a great deal on a scotch guard because our carpet was starting too look bad in the heavy traffic areas. We will definitely be booking with Go Green again! GO CUBS ;)

I was at first concerned about the cost. But the carpets were filthy and the previous occupants had cats that went to the bathroom all over the place. It smelled like a cat box in the house. Mike said he would have to use the enzyme treatment. I reluctantly agreed and Mike got started. I was able to watch him work and saw him go over the carpet multiple times and in different directions to make sure he was getting it clean. I was so surprised at how clean the carpet was when he was done!! I definitely am glad that I used go green carpet cleaning and the cost made sense after I saw what he did for us. He cares about the work he does and it shows in the quality of his cleaning . I would strongly recommend Mike and will tell everyone I know to use his services!!! Mike is very friendly and professional at the same time. About 70% of the areas where the dogs peed still have no odor. The other 30% either weren't cleaned good enough, or it was on the corner of an object that I couldn't move myself (e.g. beds, dressers, etc). I wish his services including shifting objects around to better clean the areas where the dogs lifted their legs. This would also require using some sort of spacer to help with drying. (It has almost been 2 weeks post-cleaning) While Mike was cleaning he accidently hit a dresser and caused a small chip on the corner. Being an honest individual Mike stopped and told me right away. I mention this, because other people probably would have walked away as if nothing happened. The repair was a quick process and really not a huge deal. This just speaks volumes of Mike's integrity. Just in case someone is wondering...I did the pre-vaccum and moving of objects where Mike cleaned. I'm not sure if Mike does this, or if it's an extra charge. Thanks for the clean carpets Mike.

My husband and I were moving out of our rental and getting bids from 3 local carpet cleaners. Mike was the last guy to come give us a bid and the only one of the three to mention the pet odor, which was quite noticeable (we have 3 pets). Not only did Mike explain that enzymes would be necessary to eliminate the smell, he was friendly, and extremely thorough and fair priced. Do not go through the cheapest in town simply because they are cheap. Mike gave us a huge discount on the enzyme treatment and he was worth every penny. He takes pride in his work and his business and was up-front and honest about the work that would be required to get my carpets looking new again. Carpets looked amazing, pet-odor completely eliminated, and the white carpet was soft and fluffy again. Thanks to him, we will likely be getting oyr deposit back.
