Love this place! These guys spend more time than needed on the items you bring in. It's all 5 star service. I'll never take my clothes and blankets anywhere else. If you need it done just ask and these guys can get it done right and quickly! Best cleaners in town. PERIOD! very satisfied!

I dropped off a jacket to have it dry cleaned. I went in 3 seperate times to pick it up and the first 2 times they had a different excuse as to why it wasn't done. Unfortunately the jacket is in worse condition then prior to dropping it off. I am very unsatisfied with the serivece. It is covered in lint balls that did not exist before. Do not use this dry cleaners.

French Cleaners Are The Best Dry Cleaners That I Have Ever Used In The Entire 25 Year's That I Have Lived In Both Washington State Or Idaho. There Has NEVER EVER BEEN ONE SINGLE MISTAKE BY ANY OF Mr. Nick's Staff From Ms. Velvet , Ms. Shannon Or Ms. Raquel. I've been coming to the French Cleaners for the last 9 years and the sand family has done excellent work on my comforters, suits and on my wife's blouses, I would recommend them to anyone new in the community or anyone that's tired of having their stuff ruined by Sonya's cleaners in Coeur d'Alene.

I have a fiber filled king sized bed cover that I have cleaned every year. Last year I took it to a different cleaner and they had to redo it 3 times because of an odor from their cleaning agent. They never did completely get the smell they put into it when they cleaned it. Last week I took my bed cover to French Cleaners. Wow I am so pleased. It smells like it has been line dried. Thank you French!!

No, just...NO! Told me 2 day turnaround with seamstress. Came back in 2 days...she was "magically" just calling me, but couldn't find my pants...nor could they even do what I requested. Save yourself some time...just don't do it!

I work here it's very fun its family owned all in store work we all have our certain skills and stations but pull together in the end. we use safe products we always have specials and discounts and will price match if we have to for our customers. if you need to make arrangements for certain cleaning or ours just ask and we do free pick up and delivery,refer a new customer recieve 15-20$ credit towards your bill or account set up monthly charge accounts we work with you. thank you all for your reviews good or bad it makes us stronger and see where we have made mistakes to fix them and be the best around we may look old on the outside but inside is where the magic happens never judge a book by its cover real people real hard work. god bless

I have used French's dry cleaners for years and have never had a problem. This time I picked up my 100% wool Irish sweater and they shrunk it!! They have dry cleaned it many times and it shrunk so much I can't wear it!!! I am very disheartened and out of a lovely expensive sweater!
