Disaster Restoration was so great to work with after we had a flood in our house. They were prompt, kind, professional, and kept us informed about everything that was going on. The flood happened on a Sunday evening, and Justin and his wife were there helping get fans, dehumidifiers, and hepa filters going within an hour of calling them. They made sure everything was fixed or replaced to our liking. We thought they were great to work with. I would definitely work with them again and recommend them to anyone who needs help!

I had Disaster Restoration come to my house for a carpet cleaning. The staff was friendly, polite, and knowledgeable throughout the duration of the process! I have personally cleaned a lot of carpets and can say that Disaster Restoration was able to remove stains that I would not have thought possible to get rid of! I loved the equipment that they used. Their portable carpet cleaner does a fantastic job and I like the fact that there were not hundreds of feet of hose running through my house. Being the middle of January I appreciated that my exterior doors could remain closed during the cleaning. Thank you Disaster Restoration for your hard work and fantastic job! I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Disaster Restoration

My wife and I had the unfortunate experience of a flooded basement at our home. A pressure tank sprang a leak thus, flooding our basement. I knew Justin from his former place of employment, however, did not have his phone number. I called his former employer and was able to obtain his phone number. (It is worth mentioning, Justin's former employer is also a competing business.) I called Justin and he was at my house the day I called him. he set up fans and driers and took moisture readings in the drywall and carpet and pad. He told us exactly what would have to be done, why it had to be done and how long it would take. Justin was at our house two to three times daily to monitor progress and adjust the equipment. When we were ready to have the water pressure tank replaced, Justin handled everything for us. he got the best person (in our opinion) to do the job and the price was great. When the carpets were ready to be stretched back in, again, it was Justin to the rescue! He had a contractor in to do the job and we did not even know they were there til it was done! The same with the carpet cleaner. The man was fast, thorough and professional. Simply put; I could not sing the praises loud enough for Justin and Justin of Disaster Restoration. Their customer concern was matched by none. Their attention to detail, going so far beyond what I could have ever hoped for to make sure we were please with their work and overall professionalism and genuine hospitality are matched by none! If you can't tell, I was really impressed with these men. I recommend their services to anyone. My wife and I dreaded the thought of having got take care of everything. As it turned out, this flood hardly effected us. Justin handled everything so we did not have to . A disaster turned into a pleasurable experience for us and we made a new friend along the way, too. A flood is never a good thing, but if you ever experience one, call Justin. he will take care of your problem so you don't have to worry. I'm so glad I called Disaster Restoration in Ashton. I own property in Island Park and we're so fortunate to have them so close. They're very professional and took great care of my home when I had ice damming and water came inside. I had water in 7 rooms of my house. They arrived quick, saved my flooring and my furniture. They even helped me with my insurance company and met the adjuster at my house. I was so impressed I'll never call anyone else again. These guys are where it's at. If you have property in Island Park and need help with water or mold issues, CALL THESE GUYS!!!! You won't be disappointed, they're close, they're courteous, they're pros at what they do, they're fast, they're LOCAL, once you see their logo you won't forget it, Disaster Restoration in Ashton.
