Sam came out to clean our carpets today and did a phenominal job! We have gone through multiple carpet cleaners who did okay jobs and charged double what we paid with Crazy Clean. I am so happy we found Crazy Clean, because now our carpets look amazing again! Also, Sam was super duper friendly and definitely does a great job at making you feel like they actually take pride in his job! Definitely will be scheduling with them again in 6 months and there on after!

We had the best experience with Crazy Carpet. They had to travel to Worley to clean our cabin carpets and were willing to come late on a Friday so we could be there. They had someone crash into their van so about 30 minutes after the time they were supposed to be there I get a call explaining what happened and expected to be rescheduled but no they were said they were sending someone else. This was at 5:45 pm on a Friday. They showed up at 6:45 and completed the job beautifully and didn’t make you feel bad because it was so late on a Friday. Will use these guys for all of my cleaning needs. Great job!

Crazy Clean is a wonderful business! I definitely recommend to anyone needing carpet cleaning. In my haste to get everything together before moving out, I had mistakenly thought I'd booked an appointment, when I had just requested a quote. When I asked if they had any openings that same day, they squeezed me in between appointments while being exceeding kind and courteous! I appreciate their professional demeanor, willingness to work with my available time slot and quality of work! My carpet looked fantastic after Sam was finished! Great experience! There is a reason Crazy Clean has 5 stars. I'm in Spokane on a busy street so dust + pets + teenagers equal super gross carpets. They did an amazing job for an amazing price. I was also able to change my appointment to the next day with very short notice AND no hidden fees, no pushing add ons like "We are going to have to use this special space aged technology pre-treat for only $50 per spot". Nope. Up front, professional and quality service.

From scheduling to cleaning to payment these guys were nothing but friendly and professional. A friend had recommended using Crazy Clean upon moving into my 3rd story condo. The carpets had already been cleaned but there were multiple spots that resurfaced and the carpet felt crunchy. After having spent over $300 to clean it the first time, I was pleasantly surprised with Crazy Clean’s quote. The technicians were so respectful of my home and the carpets turned out incredible. It’s been months and not a stain has resurfaced. Good job Crazy Clean!

These guys are great! My roommate and I only had a few days to get our carpets cleaned before we moved out. We called Crazy Clean and they had availability with just a few days notice! Sam is great. The day of our scheduled cleaning, the original man was running a little behind schedule because of Spokane traffic, so Sam drove from Post Falls to CDA so we wouldn’t have to wait! Super nice guy and the carpets looked great! Would definitely recommend and will use Crazy Clean again :)

We have lived in the same apartment for 6 years now, and the carpets were TRASHED. the combination of cheap rental carpet and three kids who all went through potty training, summer days, food and drink spills etc they were seriously BAD. Crazy Clean came out and to be honest I wasn't expecting much, I figured maybe they would at least feel a little cleaner. They got literally almost all of those nasty black stains out of the carpet and they are SO soft now!! Softer than they were when we moved in 6 years ago. I am incredibly impressed and will recommend them to anyone. Oh! I also called them on Tuesday and they were able to get me in by Thursday. Seriously life savers, and I cannot thank them enough!!!
