I had a carpet fixing and a cleaning scheduled for 2:00 PM Thursday, the only reason had my carpets cleaned is because I needed something fixed, thought why not. As they called before coming out to clean, I asked where the guy was that was going to fix the carpet before the cleaning, and the estimator at the time never scheduled it. I was frustrated. I called into Capitols office and Holly didn't know about it either, said she would call me right back and she did , she explained, and stated the owner would be there to fix it him self 1st thing in the morning. Being said, Capitol Cleaning turned a bad experience into a fantastic experience. Holly did a phenomenal job making me a priority, and the owner came through with his word, was on time, and did an excellent job while being personable as well. The price at the end took the cake. This team is stand up awesome and I will be sure use them again and refer them as well. Their customer service was awesome.

I highly recommend Capital Cleaning. So far they have cleaned my carpet, couch upholstery, tile, grout, and our entire house. We have them scheduled for weekly house cleanings and after 5 weeks, I can tell you their quality is second to none. They are always on time and go the extra mile. We paid another local company to clean or tile floors and grout and they did a terrible job. Dan from Capital Cleaning came in and gave us a bid at half the cost of their competitor so we hired them. We needed our Dryer Vent cleaned. Capital Cleaning showed up ON TIME and preformed the work quickly. They showed us how much lint and other material was clogging the vent hose. We ran the dryer after the cleaning and could see 'significant' improvement in amount of exhaust air coming out!! Dryer runs better and clothes are dried faster with less energy spent. If you want to 'save' our resources, this is the easiest way to do it. if everyone 'cleaned their dryer vent, just think of the savings!! WOW. THANKS CAPITAL CLEANING.

I'm a perfectionist. Capital cleaning show up exactly on time, prepared, and was in and out quickly. They moved furniture carefully to protect wood floors and antique furniture. They measured furniture placement to make sure it went back exactly where I wanted it. They took away a diningroom rug to clean and dry at their facilities, and then brought it back and placed exactly where it started. They stretched and cleaned room carpets easily. Great company to work with!

My experience with capital cleaning has been a nightmare. My basement flooded and they have been out multiple times since last Monday (over a week already) and they still have not been able to figure out how to tackle their job. What upset me the most with this company is that, Will one of their techs, texted me to schedule and after I told him I wasn’t able to make it home when he wanted to be there the next day he never replied and took it upon himself to show up anyways. He called my property management place and asked for a key after I had told capital cleaning multiple times i wanted someone at the house whenever they sent anyone out. I don’t believe I’m asking for to much.
