I had my wedding dress cleaned here. I was more than pleased with the results. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The manager was extra helpful and took much time to explain to me the process of cleaning such a delicate dress. Weeks later I received a little note from them, asking about their services! Such a delightfully, competent service!

I can't tell you how tired I was of always getting my suits, shirts, and pants back with buttons smashed, collar stays crunched, etc. If you're tired of this, too, this is your spot. These guys truly take their time with your clothes. Great customer service; thank you, Zach and team. Only wish is that it was a touch less expensive.

Horrible service. Really bad quality. Terrible attitude of owner. I went this place twice. Both had horrible services. The owner said "they really care about especially color." When I got my dress shirts back, they were worn out! I was really disappointed for the quality, but I gave the second chance for them if they can fix this or not.When I give it to the owner, I warned him to take care of this well as he said, "We care about the color!!!!" Oh my dress...... and he never apologizes for this matter to me I will never come back this place. And I don't recommend this place to anyone who wants a quality job for your shirts. Had a very bad (and very dumb) fashion emergency where I had zipped my hoodie zipper into my outer jacket's zipper. It was completely jammed and I was hopeless on a cold Friday night. Having tried for help from 2 other dry cleaners, I stopped in, desperate for a fix just prior to closing time. Tailor was gone but the manager quickly stepped up and fixed my problem, completely free of charge... I realize my experience doesn't really reflect on the quality of their dry cleaning work per se, but it shows what kind of guys run this place. I don't live in the area, but I would certainly give them my business if I did.

Awful. Dress shirts come back completely wrinkled in both wash and press and full dry clean. Co-workers actually commented on the terrible state of the shirts. Completely overpriced. Avoid at all costs.

The team saved my bacon. Pablo worked his magic to taper my jacket and hem by pants. They even managed to get an old black mark out of my shirt. All this in 6 hrs. I now won't go anywhere else for last minute quality dry-cleaning or tailoring.

I was having a bad day, I spilled coffee on my dry clean only jacket, so went to the cleaners to see if they can salvage my jacket, when I enter I was greeted with a warm smile by crystal, her professionalism was remarkable and she put me at ease. Also, if you are not sure about how to improve the fit of any particular item, they can always recommend the best option for you considering your body type and proportion. I'm so glad I discovered this place. Now I take all my clothing to Bridgestone Cleaners because these guys are the best!

They have won my business so far. I had been going to Golden Bridge directly across from my apartment but they lost one of my bathroom rugs and then told me I had no proof that they even had it in the first place. I specifically took it to them to be cleaned and it's no longer in my bathroom. That was the only proof I needed. My business was not worth replacement of a $40 rug. Bridgestone, on the other hand, has come a long way since I first moved to Dumbo in 2000. Where the father was not a people man, his son goes out of his way to nurture customer care. They were great about picking up my laundry and dropping it off- and yay- nothing lost in wash & fold! That's huge. They answer the phone promptly and always with the best attitude and customer care in mind. They have my business as long as it keeps going like this. Thanks Bridgestone! I now travel a block further for better service.

Pros: All of my items came out clean. Cons: -It was the most expensive cleaners I've been to. Make sure to call and ask for all fees. I could have hired a housekeeper for the day and gotten everything washed, ironed, folded, along with my entire apartment getting cleaned for the same price. -The manager of the store, Zach was extremely rude in his manner of speech over the phone when questioned about the bill. Although it was lowered by 30%, I still wouldn't recommend it because I felt verbally attacked which is just not acceptable. I was at work when I called and my co-worker even asked, was he yelling at you? I work 70+ hours a week and this was a huge stress I really didn't expect.

I brought a blazer in to have two buttons reinforced. It cost me $6. Yes, that is not cheap by any means. However, they were able to complete it in a matter of minutes. Another dry cleaner on the block wanted to charge me the same thing, but could not guarantee it would be finished today. We're not talking a big alteration here - this is two buttons. Bottom line - Front Street in DUMBO is an expensive place to do business. But at least they provided service to match the price.

Terrible service. Extremely expensive. I brought in some dry cleaning and had pants tailored. They lost a shirt, made chalk stains on pants that were tailored, did not remove any stains, and charged a fortune. I came into the cleaners twice after to see if they found the missing shirt and they insisted that it was impossible that they lost anything and it was most likely my fault. They conveniently took and discarded the receipt I had to prove what service they provided. They promised both times that I would get a phone call with at least an update on whether they found the shirt or not, which never happened.

ive been comming to bridgestone cleaners for over 10 years never had a bad expirience with them at least nothing we couldnt handle. i wouldnt have any other way. i love bridgestone cleaners all my laundered shirts come back looking amazing i reccomend everyone to give them a try. customer service is amazing. pablo the tailor along with crystal does a great job.. their team work amazes me. please everyone try bridgestone cleaners.. they are fast efficient and prompt, thank you to the team.

Had a wedding at the one hotel over the weekend and didn't notice until some of the grooms men told me my tux pants had a hole in the back. The hotel recommended Bridgestone, so I walked over 40 minutes before the event started. Told the owner my situation, he had a tailor fix me up right away. He got me out in less than 10 minutes and then I said what do I owe you? His response "nothing, shook my hand and have a great time at the wedding." I tipped the tailor of course, this dry cleaners is a class act. If I lived near by they would have my business.

Absolutely terrible service. I've been bringing my drycleaning here for about a year, mostly because of the convenient location. The place uses a lot of fancy add-ons to make them look high-end and justify their much higher prices. However, underneath the frills there is a complete lack of customer service or consistency. Specifically, with regard to tailoring, out of four jobs I have brought them, they failed to properly perform ALL FOUR. I brought pants to be hemmed, which came back two inches too long. Twice I brought in suits where I needed the buttons fixed. They certainly charged me for it, but ended up only drycleaning them without touching the buttons. The final straw came this week when I needed them to sew some patches on a vest. I gave very specific instructions on placement and asked that they not sew all the way through, so as to sew the pockets shut. Sure enough, they did the job exactly as I told them not to do. This time, I dealt with the owner, Ken. Ken was extremely dismissive of my complaints about the past mistakes and rude. When I came back to pick up the vests the second time Ken made no apologies, offered no store credit for the inconvenience and when I informed him that I thought he had been very rude to me the last time, he incredibly responded by trying to start an argument.
