They never showed up to clean my apartment before I first moved in about 3 yrs ago. So I ended up looking for a someone who cleans carpet, and low and behold it just ended up being them. Had them do it, and he said we will be back to do ur loveseat and couch later for free, because of the hassle. Haven't seen them since! Amazing is an understatement. They showed up 10 minutes early, with a 20 minute heads up before they arrived. Very professional. They came in and cleaned 4 rooms and a full set of stairs in 40 minutes. Not only was it surprisingly fast, the quality was astounding. We had Allmax carpet cleaning come to us through another company. We had our basement flood so our carpet was salvaged, but disgusting. We never had Allmax come in before, so we didn't know what to expect. The cleaning was done so quickly! Their machine they use is very powerful and our carpet looks so great! Not to mention the smell is so light and nice; not like the heavy chemical smell you can get with other companies. Lastly, their customer service was impeccable. They were so polite and respectful. If you ever need carpets cleaned, Allmax is the place to call. I know I will be using them in the future!

Update #2: Once Morgan saw my review and how disappointed I was, he called me immediately to try and make it right. He wanted to do whatever he could to fix the problem. Morgan really does take pride in his work and wants his customers to be satisfied. He even told me thank you for the feedback and for helping him to know how he can improve and make his business better. There is a reason why he has all 5 star reviews. Update: After coming back to the house and cleaning baseboard (we are just moving in) I found that none of the edges of my carpets were cleaned. The edges had tons of dog hair in them left over from the previous residents. I expect ALL of the carpet to be cleaned when I hire a carpet cleaner. I’m very disappointed in this. We have since had to move all of our stuff into the house which makes it more difficult to clean all areas of my carpet now. Original review: Came on short notice. Cleaned my vinyl flooring upon request even though it’s not what he advertises for. Came early
