They got a few spots out but not all, and it still looks dirty. And despite what their flier advertises, they do not move furniture. And it took about 3 times longer than they said to dry. Pros: good price, friendly employee.

I've used Allied several times and will NEVER go anywhere else! Phil is incredibly friendly, scheduling is simple and easy to get in, they do a FANTASTIC job, super punctual, and I have yet to hear of another company with better prices. The first time I used them was before I moved into my old home (white carpet). The movers TRASHED the stairs the next day. Phil came out and redid the stairs for free. Now that's some seriously awesome customer service. I love supporting fantastic small businesses, and will refer Allied Carpet Care to anyone and everyone!

I was a little apprehensive about the cleaning process of using a cleaning solution and a floor buffer, especially since we have very light colored carpet. After the carpet was fully dry and I vacuumed, our carpet looked awesome. It is soft and stands up like it did when it was new, and even the high traffic areas are completely clean. The young man that performed the cleaning was professional, knew about his product, and was in and out in less than an hour. I will definitely use Allied again and recommend their services to anyone. Also, the price I was quoted over the phone is what I paid. Give them a shot, you won't be disappointed.

I've had Allied Carpet Care clean the carpets in my whole house several times over the past three years. I have roommates, and get the carpets cleaned whenever a roommate moves out. These guys have done an excellent job, even removing oil/grease stains from one roommate who would work on his car and then track automotive grease and grime down the hallway and into his room. They are very friendly and professional, have been available with only a few days' notice when I call to schedule a cleaning, and are about half the price of their competitors around town!

This companies website leads you to believe they clean your carpets using the steam clean method. Their employee arrives today in a t-shirt and board shorts and when he opens the door to his van I see chemical containers and a vacuum cleaner. I said " your website leads one to believe you use steam cleaning not chemicals and he replied "yeah we use chemicals". I canceled the service and he couldn't have cared less. In the future I guess I'll need to call and not rely on a website for scheduling and an honest explanation of a companies service.

Never feed a dog pulled pork! But if something happens and you need fast and genuinely friendly service, call Allied. When everyone else told me "tomorrow", they were here and working within a half an hour. A pleasure to do business with and my carpet hasn't looked as good since it was installed.

Phil did a great job! My dog had marked in my brand new house and I used a black light to find the spots. I indicated where they were and when I used the black light after there was no presence of the accidents. I have reused the service and am very happy with it.

I have a large house with mostly white and off white carpet in the basement as well as the top floor. We had quite a bit of traffic in the basement because of a social group that met at our house. We'd had some spills that no matter what I did to clean them, they still could be seen. I called Phil to come out and see if he could at least improve the looks of the basement carpet and clean the top floor carpets as well. Phil was very professional and very knowledgeable. It was amazing. The basement carpet was 100 percent better and the carpet on the upper story looked wonderful. Phil's prices were very fair and worth every penny. I will call Allied again when it's time to clean the carpets.
